14/03/2026: A superb tea room where we often come for afternoon tea on Saturdays. The cakes are extraordinary. The best lemon tart I've ever eaten. Everything is excellent, a true pastry shop, the likes of which are becoming rare. My favorites are the squirrel, the Paris-Brest, and of course, the lemon tart.

23/04/2026: First time at this restaurant today. A great find! The all-you-can-eat buffet was excellent, with plenty of choice and high-quality, well-prepared food. The main course was equally impressive, and the service was quick and efficient.

11/04/2026: Very disappointed. A set menu was offered when we booked, but we paid for everything à la carte. The meat was good, but the fries and vegetables weren't homemade. We went on a Saturday for a 60th birthday celebration, which I had mentioned when booking, but no attention was paid to this. To top it all off, the menu listed a beef tournedos, but what we were served was a semblance of a tournedos with shredded veal. Communication needs improvement. I do not recommend it. The bill was too high for what we ate.

05/04/2026: Third time at La Pyramide with my parents, and still just as fantastic. I really appreciate how they reinvent themselves with each visit, without ever losing their high standards. The cuisine is precise, delicious, and the service is impeccable. We had a truly wonderful time. Even with its two Michelin stars, I think the restaurant deserves even more recognition.

02/04/2026: Unacceptable: Arrogance, Lies, and Contempt for the Customer As a guest of the hotel (3 rooms), I had an experience at La Pyramide that was unworthy of a Relais & Châteaux. Over €2,200 spent on dishonest and haughty service. Timeline of Events: In the Garden: We wanted to finish a personal bottle (Selosse Substance). The sommelier demanded a corkage fee for our bottle in the garden, clearly informing us that the only way to avoid this charge was to order a bottle. We specified that we would be drinking it in the restaurant during dinner. In the Restaurant (Bistro): We kept our word and ordered a first bottle. We then finished our second personal bottle (€130) and, to compensate, ordered a second bottle from the menu plus spirits (€755 total drinks). The Dispute: A corkage fee of €106 was charged. A second sommelier dared to claim that our purchases weren't "equivalent in price" to our Selosse. An arbitrary and insulting rule. The departure (lies): At checkout, the receptionist brought in a third sommelier. After admitting that, as hotel guests, our drinks in the garden were ultimately complimentary, he falsely accused us of bringing a third bottle, which is completely untrue. Outrageous attitude: The receptionist was appalling, implying that we didn't understand "French etiquette" and downplaying the incident because we were "at a bistro." In total, we endured 40 minutes of unpleasant discussions spread over two days. Despite a promise of a refund, a week later we still haven't received anything. Conclusion: An establishment that prefers to lie and "lecture" rather than own up to its mistakes. Petty management to be avoided at all costs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Following the response from Management, which we have duly noted, we wish to clarify some important points. Contrary to what has been stated, your sommelier clearly indicated to us that the corkage fee would not apply if we ordered an equivalent number of bottles at the restaurant. We therefore ordered two bottles, in good faith, based on this information. Under these circumstances, it is incomprehensible and unacceptable that this charge was nevertheless added to the bill, without any prior notification or confirmation from us.

17/05/2026: My opinion of the brasserie itself is quite good overall. It's well-structured, strategically placed, and well-organized, conveniently located near République on Rue du Faubourg du Temple. In truth, it does the job. It's not the best in the area, but the approach is definitely there for the neighborhood. Plus, it's not too expensive, well-organized, and friendly. Above all, the staff are attentive, rigorous, responsive, and the servers are available and welcoming. I highly recommend it if you're ever in the area. It's suitable for all types of people, but it's very small and can fill up very quickly due to its limited size and width. See you soon, and thank you for your trust. The Brasserie Team.

16/05/2026: Expensive Caesar salad. Undercooked chicken, no seasoning. 20 minutes for coffee... Very disappointed.

14/05/2026: First and foremost, the staff at this center have always been welcoming and understanding; no complaints there. However, be careful when using the Urban Soccer website because if you make a mistake, they will offer you NO leniency and show absolutely no understanding, even after several exchanges. Specifically, the online booking and payment process has a major flaw that can be misleading: I tried to pay for a booking made by someone else, and I received an error message, which led me to believe the payment hadn't gone through. I received no email or message confirming my payment for the booking. So I tried again, and unintentionally, I booked and paid for a booking for the same day just a few minutes later. I immediately realized my mistake and cancelled the reservation, but of course, they still charged me the full amount, €110 and some change, which is a large sum. All this only for me to discover a few days later that I had actually managed to pay for my participation. After several exchanges, despite the minor consequences of my error, I was only able to receive a credit note. The problem is that if you don't play five-a-side regularly (which is my case), it's still money tied up...

03/05/2026: We had an exceptional stay at La Maison Bleue. Everything was perfect: the service, the welcome, the location, the comfort, and the view from the room. We will definitely return! The experience at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant was a success, with only one minor drawback: not being a regular at Michelin-starred restaurants, I would have appreciated knowing that the aperitif offered at the beginning of the meal was an extra. I wouldn't have ordered a €65 glass of wine (!) without knowing this. A little more transparency would therefore be appreciated (the same goes for the digestifs/hot drinks at the end of the meal).

01/05/2026: A magnificent hotel, the staff are very friendly and professional. You feel pampered; everything is done to make you feel at home. The decor is very warm and cozy.
