When I called to report it, they offered no compensation, just told me to come back (not everyone who orders takeaway lives nearby). I won't be returning.

14/01/2026: The pizzas used to be very good, but last night was a huge disappointment... 3 pizzas with grease dripping from them... really not good... the goat cheese was cheap, it tasted like plastic, it didn't even melt... no flavor at all... by cutting costs too much, you're going to lose your customers, what a shame! I won't be going back. And regarding your response, I'm 38 years old, I know what a pizza looks like, we always order the same ones! And your pizzas have become low-quality, sorry if you can't accept the truth, and many of us are expressing the same disappointment. Take a good look at yourselves. Yes, things have changed, I've been ordering from you for years. 4 customers lost, and judging by the comments, many more. It's a shame to doubt the customer's word, it really makes a bad impression.

14/05/2026: Dear Manager, I am one of the four first responders who came this Wednesday evening, May 13, 2026, at 10:20 PM. Please know that, yes, unfortunately, we ate here, much to your dismay. So what? Imagine if we have to leave for an emergency call at any moment because we are on call for the SAMU (Emergency Medical Service). We're not going to leave with the establishment's reusable dishes, are we? Rules are what they are, of course, but common sense exists. Please know, Madam Manager, that projecting your frustration as a failed manager onto others will not help you improve; quite the opposite. Sincerely, have a good evening. Best wishes to the team.

13/05/2026: We arrived on May 13th at 10:20 PM and were very poorly received by one of the managers. There were four of us, during an ambulance shift, as we are volunteer first responders. We ordered takeout in case the ambulance service called us during our meal, so we could take our drinks and sandwiches with us. We sat down at a table, obviously not being able to eat in our ambulance. A manager came over to us, without even saying hello, and told us we couldn't eat in if we took the takeout bags. Despite our clearly visible uniforms, we had to explain that we were first responders and could be called at any moment, which justified the convenience of ordering takeout. She then curtly replied that "it was the same for everyone" and that we couldn't stay there. Having already unpacked our meals, we decided to stay. We were very shocked by the manager's lack of understanding, as well as the tone she used with the customers. I highly doubt she would have made such a remark to a fire department or police crew. Thankfully, the kitchen team was efficient, the meal was hot, and there were no order errors.

20/05/2026: Some hotels are simply a place to sleep. Régent Petite France feels like you’re actually staying inside the postcard of Strasbourg. The location is unbelievable. You walk out the door and you are immediately in the middle of everything that makes Petite France so special — canals, bridges, flowers hanging from windows, people sitting outside with wine, little streets that somehow look even better at night than they do during the day. Honestly, half the time we just stood outside the hotel looking around thinking, “this can’t be real.” Our room was incredible with a view that made it hard to leave in the morning. Watching the boats pass through the canals while the city slowly woke up was one of those travel moments you remember long after the trip is over. The staff could not have been more helpful. Every interaction felt genuine and relaxed, never forced or overly formal. They helped with recommendations, directions, questions — anything we needed. You could tell they truly cared that guests enjoyed Strasbourg. The entire hotel somehow feels luxurious without being stuffy. Comfortable, elegant, quiet, and perfectly placed in the center of it all. Only very minor thing — the shower setup could be a little more accessible depending on mobility or preference — but honestly, it barely registered compared to how much we loved staying here. If you’re visiting Strasbourg and want to fully experience Petite France instead of just walking through it for an hour, stay here. We already miss waking up there.

17/05/2026: A magnificent hotel where I stay every time I'm in Strasbourg. Very well located. The concierge and valet parking staff are exceptional. The reception is very average and incapable of maintaining a customer database. In short, a major drawback. The hotel lobby is freezing cold (20 degrees Celsius) and the bathrooms, even with the thermostat turned all the way up, are like refrigerators. Plus, there are no slippers to warm you up, only flip-flops that hurt your feet. So don't come in winter, or bring your own slippers and a kettle. The spa is very professional, and the massages are excellent. The restaurant is always closed, every single time I've been there.

18/05/2026: A wonderful 3-day stay at Auberge du Lac to celebrate our parents' 90th birthday with family (25 people). Everything was perfect: comfortable rooms, excellent meals, and a warm welcome. A huge thank you to the entire team for these unforgettable moments. We will definitely be back!
