25/04/2026: Italian-inspired cuisine with a tempting menu. The ingredients are fresh and well-prepared. A few exchanges were required to remove an item from a dish. The owner was remarkably welcoming.

29/04/2026: After studying abroad in Paris for the past 4 months, I have to say Fouquet's has been my favorite restaurant in this entire city. I came here twice and each time, both the food and the service were amazing. Dishes that I would highly recommend trying are the tuna tartare, beef tartare, Duroc pork chop, and the crème brûlée (which is also my favorite crème brûlée in the whole city after trying many). The prices are steep, but it's all so very worth it. Highly recommend coming here!!

29/04/2026: We had very fond memories of our previous visit, but this time we were disappointed. We were seated on the side terrace and felt we weren't receiving the same level of service as inside. The salmon club sandwich didn't taste good (we tried it as a couple), and we mentioned it twice, but received no response. Given the establishment's reputation, this is unacceptable. The strawberry tart, however, was delicious.

From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious, meticulously prepared, and perfectly balanced… The kouign-amann was to die for 😍 An inspired and affordable wine list! We stopped at this restaurant while passing through, and what an incredible surprise it was. The taste and presentation were incredible; every detail was carefully considered and delicious. 27/04/2026: Discovered by chance, this restaurant is simply incredible! From the appetizer to the dessert, not forgetting the service provided by an absolutely extraordinary young woman! We were amazed by the quality and artistry of the recipes, the daring combinations and pairings by the chef! I must say it's been a very long time since I've been so surprised. I must thank the chef who made this meal an explosion of flavors and discoveries. We will definitely be back!

25/04/2026: First of all, I agree with the review that questions how it's cooked... he's not the one actually cooking. It's just assembly. That said, it was good. It's a shame they didn't have the butcher's cut. For the price, I had a stomach ache as soon as I left and was still nauseous 24 hours later. Two out of three of us had stomach aches. In short, it was good but not worth the price, and I got sick as a bonus.

The menu changes depending on what's available, using seasonal and local produce, and it truly makes all the difference. The dishes are carefully prepared, original, and above all, delicious. 05/12/2025: Burgers with a variety of recipes, generous portions of fries, and always friendly owners!! Don't miss it!

05/12/2025: New review November 2025. When the new owners took over the business in 2024, we rushed to order. However, we were very disappointed; the portion of fries was small (the packaging was completely flat). The burger was just like the previous ones. So, a disappointing experience. Months passed, and we decided to give them another chance. The burgers were good (although the green peppercorn sauce wasn't quite there in the Beatles burger), and this time the portion of fries was decent. The garlic sauce that comes with the fries doesn't have a very strong garlic flavor and is more like mayonnaise, so I recommend the tartar sauce instead. Review May 2024. The very first time, we were won over by the excellence of the burgers and fries: perfectly soft brioche bun, excellent beef, delicate sauce… The burgers were indulgent but well-balanced, and the homemade fries were to die for (we even dreamed of a bottomless cone!). Unfortunately, the initial success didn't pay off. On two other occasions, we ordered burgers and fries, and it's clear that the taste was no longer there: bland burgers, meat cooked to perfection (well-done instead of rare), fries too dark, and, most importantly, quickly reheated in a bath of oil. This lack of consistency is a major disappointment (hence the 3/5 rating).
