29/06/2026: I am never disappointed at the Four Seasons. We came for afternoon tea. The setting is undeniably sublime, elegant, and very comfortable; the service was impeccable and attentive. The savory canapés were delicious, indulgent, and perfectly balanced. The sweet treats were also very good, often accompanied by a light cream, sorbet, or granita. Perhaps we would have preferred more plated desserts rather than the slightly more "bakery-style" sweets? Aside from that, it was a very pleasant experience. A pianist was playing music from the Gallery Room, which made afternoon tea all the more enjoyable.

23/08/2026: Excellent cuisine, refined and as beautiful to look at as the amuse-bouches, to the dessert. Delicate trompe-l'oeil. A perfect choice for children aged 5 and 7. Charming staff. A very pleasant evening.

22/08/2026: It all started with a "Good evening, gentlemen." My wife appreciated that. If that were all, we could have called it an unfortunate but forgettable misstep. Unfortunately, the rest was much the same. At €40 a dish, we thought we had a right to expect something decent. We received monkfish that was overcooked for my wife and a pigeon lost amidst side dishes with no apparent connection between them. It's worth noting that these side dishes were the same for every course. The dessert was like the rest: bland, except for the tarragon vinaigrette on the forbidden fruit, a welcome touch of freshness. In short, a lot of pretension but not much to back it up. At prices that are within €5 of Michelin-starred restaurants, the choice is unfortunately made far too easily.

16/08/2026: I came to this establishment for my birthday, particularly given its reputation, and I therefore expected an experience befitting a fine dining restaurant. Unfortunately, with the very first course, I found a piece of glass in my plate. When I pointed it out, I was told it was plastic and my dish was replaced. I believe I can surely distinguish between glass and plastic, especially when it's in my own food. Mistakes happen, of course, but with such a reputation, one would expect particular attention to be paid to potential errors. Beyond this incident, I was most disappointed by the lack of genuine concern or any gesture of goodwill from the restaurant. For an establishment of this caliber, and especially on the occasion of my birthday, I expected more professionalism and consideration. Otherwise, the food was very good and the cuisine was of high quality. I would definitely return and I would even recommend it. It's therefore all the more unfortunate that this incident, and especially the way it was handled, so significantly marred the experience.

16/07/2026: Absolutely unforgettable experience, we had here. We were climbing the Eiffel Tower when we get a call, we had been on the wait list and they were offering a table for the next day. We were so excited to get in. They seated us in the private Amber Room, how did we get seated in the private room as a last minute group of tourists? The staff was so fun and friendly the entire meal. Describing the entire room, each course, each pairing, and leading us on a parade through the entire restaurant to cheese cave when the time was right. The food was spectacular course by couse. The sauce based theme, as a home cook was eye opening and felt so special. The entire visit is a culinary highlight of my life. Such a thoughtful chef, incredible service, and a beautiful meal.
