20/09/2026: A very disappointing experience, especially regarding Laura's service. Upon arrival, we were told we would only have 1 hour and 30 minutes to eat. Needless to say, we immediately understood that we couldn't linger… One dish was then forgotten, and even though it hadn't yet been served, Laura came to ask us to order dessert. About 30 minutes before closing time, she came back to tell us that the kitchen was closing, even though our dishes had just been served. The menus were even left on our table during the meal. Throughout the entire service, we clearly felt that Laura was in a hurry to finish her shift and leave. We understand that there are closing times, but when you take on customers, the least you can do is allow them to eat without constantly pressuring them. We came to the restaurant to enjoy ourselves, not to eat against the clock. A very poor service experience.

19/09/2026: We came this Saturday evening because we were passing through for Cider and Dragon. We were greeted by a smiling and energetic team, who were on top of everything to ensure excellent service. Very good beers and generous portions. We recommend it. (PS I made a very cute burger out of modeling clay)

04/09/2026: The Asian-inspired food offered a welcome change from typical Thai fare. The Thai dishes were tasty, but not as outstanding as other reviews had suggested, given the Thai chef's reputation. Unfortunately, the service was the weak point, as it seemed to have been restructured.

25/09/2026: Good evening, I came to eat at Crêperie le Corsaire in Soissons. I had a goat cheese, honey, and rosemary crêpe; it was absolutely delicious, I thoroughly enjoyed it. A typical place. The owner and staff are friendly. And the waitresses are pleasant. Go without hesitation! 😉

06/09/2026: What's great is the selection and quality of the products—they're good! However, the fillings could be improved, especially the basic galettes, which are all quite flat. It feels a bit stingy considering the price. The staff's attire was also a little lax (very short shorts). If you're not too hungry, feel free to stop by.

10/10/2026: We had a wonderful time at the NE/SO restaurant. It starts off gently, and then the cuisine truly comes into its own, enhanced by the perfect wine pairing! We embark on a journey from the sea to the continent with some bold choices. Bravo to the entire team, both in the kitchen and the dining room, for this truly beautiful experience! I would love to return!

09/10/2026: Very nice, well executed, not really any flaws, but now that we've tried it, we don't particularly plan to return even though we live nearby. Perhaps we missed that little something extra. But still enjoyable and a good time! Special mention for the truly delicious dessert that we won't forget.

The waitress was friendly and very pleasant, which is rare enough to mention 😉 Question: I thought I heard that condiments (mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise) in sachets were prohibited for dine-in service and strictly reserved for takeout? Personally, it doesn't bother me too much, except that every time you open a packet, you end up getting more on your fingers than on your plate! 🤣 See you soon!
