11/09/2026: A very warm welcome and impeccable service. Most of the meal was excellent, but the breaded veal escalope wasn't up to par: the breading came off, and the meat was a bit tough. Just one disappointing dish in an otherwise very successful meal. I'll be back, but I hope they have a better grasp of this type of preparation.

13/05/2026: The service was impeccable, depending on the staff. We went yesterday, May 12, 2026, and the service was impeccable; the staff were very kind and friendly. We returned today, and the young woman was not at all friendly. We sat on the outdoor terrace, waited a little over 15 minutes, and left without seeing anyone to serve us. We found this unacceptable.

05/05/2026: I really enjoyed my dinner of pork ribs and rice w/ the créme brûlée for dessert. My server was friendly and helpful despite my nonexistent French. I would call this more of a local place that caters to those working at/visiting Le Bouget with a comfortable atmosphere with excellent choices.

14/09/2026: Excellent welcome. The raclette cheese is exceptional, as is the porcini mushroom fondue. The service was attentive and very friendly. We highly recommend it and wonder why we didn't go there sooner during our stay in Briançon.

30/09/2026: I've always enjoyed coming to this restaurant, which I found very cozy, with quality ingredients. So I was looking forward to returning this evening after a while away. What a disappointment… The butcher's cut I ordered was extremely tough, to the point of being practically inedible. But it was especially the attitude of some of the staff that disappointed me. While Esteban was very professional, Gabriel and Roberto's behavior seemed completely inappropriate. Gentlemen, when you make fun of some of your customers, at least show some discretion… This kind of attitude is particularly unpleasant for the other diners. It's a real shame, because I had a very good impression of this establishment. But after this experience, I unfortunately won't be returning.

11/09/2026: A slightly different menu, and that's a good thing. The tuna was delicious and beautifully presented; the sea bream tartare was good but could have benefited from a bit more character. A few details are missing, like the delightful madeleines that used to accompany the coffee. It's a subtle change that stands out and is noticed by customers. The service remains as warm and professional as ever.

30/09/2026: I don't know if there's been a change of ownership. But we didn't have time to enjoy our aperitif in peace; the appetizers were removed before we'd even finished our drinks. And we were rushed through our meal and desserts. Really, really disappointed.

11/09/2026: The setting is truly magnificent. The service was top-notch, and the couscous was excellent! They really pay attention to every detail. We had a wonderful time!
