10/08/2026: Lunch at Pierre Sang's was a truly sublime experience, with a remarkable balance of flavors and textures, a variety of carefully sourced mushrooms, and each vegetable cooked with exquisite precision. But what elevates this restaurant beyond the food itself is the impeccable service! Our exceptionally attentive waiter displayed a level of care and kindness that transformed a simple lunch into a truly memorable experience. We will gladly return very soon.

29/07/2026: This was my first time ordering from Pierre Sang Express after hearing so much about their fusion bibimbap. So I gave it a try and got two for the price of one thanks to Uber Eats. Luckily, because the price is very high for the portion size... The sauce is very good, the dish is really tasty, but in my opinion, it just needs more condiments and vegetables because the amount of rice is enormous compared to the rest of the ingredients. A nice bonus is the stylish packaging!

20/08/2026: It was seeing the queues outside that piqued our curiosity about this bakery 😅 So we decided to try it… and we were right to do so!!! The selection is huge, and everything is absolutely delicious! The prices are reasonable; the quality is excellent, and the service is friendly. You can even eat in. The only downside is the parking; it's not easy. But we'll definitely be back!

27/04/2026: I came to eat at Mamie Louise's today and had a great time. The burgers are excellent, with a soft and really delicious bun. The staff is young, friendly, and always smiling while serving, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Very good value for money. The concept is original, especially the decor, and the terrace is particularly relaxing. I highly recommend it!

24/04/2026: During our 5 days in Honfleur, we went back twice because the burgers were so good! Original recipes, generous portions where you can tell everything is fresh, and the service is friendly and attentive. And the desserts are delicious! In short, a flawless experience that we highly recommend! Arrive early when they open because they don't take reservations and it fills up quickly.

25/08/2026: Thanks again for the wonderful evening; the four of us had a fantastic time, and for a Monday night, the atmosphere was amazing, as always. Special mention to the manager who gave us a warm welcome and to the chef who prepared some superb dishes.

23/08/2026: An excellent spot in Carcassonne! César is a true enthusiast, with 25 years of experience behind the stove, and it shows from the very first bite. Always smiling, helpful, and attentive, he knows perfectly how to adapt to his customers' requests and requirements. The pizzas are generous, perfectly cooked, with expertly prepared dough and, above all, quality ingredients, including beautiful local produce. César is in high demand, and when you taste his pizzas, you quickly understand why! Despite the busy schedule, he always maintains his good humor and a commitment to satisfying every customer. A true pizzaiolo, just the way we like them: experience, expertise, quality, and a friendly atmosphere. A place I recommend without hesitation!

15/08/2026: A lovely crêperie, but not just that; you can also enjoy meats grilled over a wood fire. The galettes and crêpes are delicious and generous, the service is perfect, we'll definitely be back.

02/08/2026: A restaurant where takeout is so prevalent that they can't take orders for dine-in customers. So much so that the waitress refused to take our order, and we waited an hour to be served. We wanted pizzas but had to order salads (which were quite good) to avoid the extra wait. No apology was offered when we paid. What a shame, we won't be back.

28/07/2026: The pizza was absolutely delicious, even though I often leave the crust on, I have no complaints. The small Basque cake ice cream was also very good, and the staff were fantastic.

The servers (Alexandre and Jeremy) are truly incredible! Smiling, exceptionally kind, ultra-professional, and attentive from beginning to end.
