11/05/2026: Disappointing compared to my expectations. €25 for a few overcooked pieces of meat and rather bland side dishes. We didn't even want dessert; it's the first time I've ever had indigestion before even finishing a meal. It's a shame because the setting and atmosphere were pleasant, despite the advertised live music that only lasted a few moments. What a pity...

14/06/2026: Yes, but... This review, which is entirely my own, concerns a high-end establishment, or rather, an establishment that charges high prices, hence my reservations. I'm posting it for those who are lucky enough to have friends who will treat them to a 6-course tasting menu (without drinks) for a hefty 90 euros per person. We couldn't go whenever we wanted, but oh well... we went anyway. The weather was beautiful and warm, and we were in the (rather ordinary) outdoor courtyard of the restaurant with three other couples. Upon arrival, we were offered water—still or sparkling—so we ordered still water (which cost us 7 euros at the end of the meal). Then they brought us the wine list, or rather, the wine bible. I must say, we were a little taken aback by the almost endless selection of wines and their prices (about three to five times the price of a bottle). Anyway, we had a very ordinary 8-euro kir as an aperitif. Since we didn't want to pay between 8 and 18 euros for a glass of wine or 60 euros for an ordinary bottle, we ordered a 26-euro bottle from a well-known winemaker in Gascony whose wine sells for 7 euros in supermarkets. The dishes on the menu were beautifully presented and quite good, even very good (that's 15 euros each, though), but that's undeniable—it's the work of a chef. What really bothered us was that, with such a high-priced menu, we weren't offered an aperitif and wine pairings upfront. Quite frankly, the food was good, but it lacked that extra something, and I think the wine pairing was largely to blame, as was the disproportion between what should have been a memorable experience and the price.

05/06/2026: Still as good as ever! We discovered this restaurant when we lived in Mont-de-Marsan about fifteen years ago, and it's always a pleasure to go back during our holidays! Excellent market menu today with a delicious dessert. Thank you!

16/05/2026: What a delightful discovery! A warm welcome, the kind only people from the North and East know how to give! And what can I say about the food? Absolutely superb! From the main course to dessert, pure bliss for your taste buds. And, the cherry on top, at a very reasonable price. A set menu in a restaurant on Saturday lunchtime—how many do you know of? And for those who prefer to enjoy their meal at home, takeout is available. I can't wait to live in this beautiful region so I can become a regular at this wonderful restaurant.

26/05/2026: Fantastic experience at Italia Pizzeria! The team is amazing, always welcoming and cheerful. The twin sisters are super friendly and create a really great atmosphere 😊 There's a huge selection on the menu, and above all, the pizzas are truly delicious: perfect crust, generous toppings, and lots of flavor. Honestly, go for it without hesitation, you won't be disappointed! 🍕

25/05/2026: When I'm looking for a good pizza, I immediately think of this pizzeria. I've never been disappointed with my food there. I say "there" because I've always had women behind the counter. It's truly delicious; I highly recommend it!

23/06/2026: For about three months, I've been coming twice a week for drinks with my girlfriend. Today we arrived at 9:20 PM. We saw a small table for two become available. I asked if we could have a drink together. They told me it was only for food. Meanwhile, at least a third of the people on the terrace were just having drinks without eating. In the end, my girlfriend decided to eat, so we sat down. And they still refused us entry because we both had to eat. So that's how you lose two loyal customers. We were just going to have drinks, and one of us was going to eat. We'll never be back 😥
