30/08/2026: It's 7:30 a.m. and I've rarely seen a server speak to customers with such disdain. We simply asked him a question, and his response was: "I don't want to debate." Excuse me? Is that how you address customers? His tone was haughty and condescending, with no desire to engage in conversation or even the slightest respect. We clearly felt like we were bothering him just by being there. If answering a customer's question correctly is already considered "debating," then there might be a serious problem with the concept of customer service. Deplorable attitude at 7:00 a.m. It definitely makes you never want to come back.

05/08/2026: A delightful restaurant in Nice. The zucchini blossoms are very good (and not all greasy), the beef stew is delicious, and the desserts are excellent. The service is friendly, and the terrace is pleasant. We also easily found a parking space opposite the restaurant.

20/09/2026: We celebrated my son's birthday at Cityfun Castres on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at 7:00 PM, with the "Pizza Party" package, which includes half a pizza per child, a game of bowling, and unlimited sodas. I also added a birthday cake to the package. When making the reservation, I contacted the manager directly to ask if it would be possible to have a table so the children could eat their pizzas somewhere other than on the bowling lanes. He confirmed that it was perfectly possible and that a table would be set up. At that point, there were no complaints: the manager was very kind and accommodating. On the day of the birthday, upon our arrival, the person there explained that she wasn't aware of the table, but that she could still set one up. We therefore had to wait while she prepared it, and we clearly got the impression that this request bothered her. The biggest problem arose when it came time for the cake. The children were, of course, thirsty and asked for drinks. A young employee told them very rudely that it wasn't possible and that they had to ask for drinks once they were on the dance floor. I then asked her why, since the package stated "unlimited sodas." She replied, still in a very unpleasant tone, that it was only on the dance floor and that otherwise "it would be too easy," because the children would stay and drink all evening. I found this response particularly inappropriate. The children had asked for drinks once while eating pizza and then again when it came time for the cake; there was absolutely no question of them overindulging or staying all evening drinking. Especially since there were three of us mothers, and we also ordered drinks in addition to the birthday package. I then tried to calmly explain my dissatisfaction to another employee present, but her attitude was also very unpleasant. In the end, it wasn't so much the organization that disappointed us, but the attitude and lack of courtesy of the staff, which really spoiled what should have been a pleasant moment for my son's birthday. I find it a shame that the service and welcome didn't live up to what was advertised in the package. If certain conditions apply to the "unlimited sodas" (for example, only during the bowling game), they should be clearly stated at the time of booking, rather than being explained to the children in an unpleasant tone on the day of the birthday. A very disappointing experience, especially for a child's birthday party!

03/09/2026: We ate here as a couple for a fair price. The place looks a bit cheap. But the service is polite and good. The prawns are a good starter. The mussels in cream sauce were particularly flavorful with thyme and bay leaf. Simple but good.

20/08/2026: The service was pleasant. However, for a restaurant specializing in fish and chips, we were disappointed; the fries weren't homemade. The fish was rather bland, and the batter was equally bland. I don't know if it's truly homemade or if it's frozen. I left feeling a bit let down. Nothing exceptional.

26/09/2026: The food is good, but unfortunately, everything else completely ruins the experience. The pizza we were served didn't match the ingredients listed on the menu. We agreed to keep it anyway, and the owner thought it was amusing to point out that it was "nice of you not to charge us for the eggplant"... even though we hadn't asked for it. His humor was limited, but it was acceptable. Then, when we were calmly choosing a dessert, in a dining room that was empty at 3 p.m., the owner took the menu and patted us on the head with it, again under the guise of humor. Personally, I find it neither funny nor professional to allow this kind of familiarity with customers. Good food, but inappropriate humor and frankly unpleasant familiarity. We won't be back.

And thank you to the chef! My "Ch'tit" burger was amazing, a real delight! And very original! I highly recommend the restaurant. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much, and have a wonderful holiday, you all deserve it!

23/09/2026: A wonderful discovery on the N10! Coignières 78🇵 At Villa Maria, the welcome is warm and everyone is greeted with a smile. They serve authentic Portuguese specialties, including an absolutely delicious cod that is perfectly desalted, incredibly tender, and expertly prepared. A real treat! And the value for money is truly remarkable: for less than €20, you can have your meal, an aperitif, and even coffee. It's hard to ask for more! The service is impeccable and very quick, the restaurant is clean, and the team is perfectly organized. If you're in a hurry at lunchtime, especially with a half-hour break, this is definitely an address to remember. In short, generous Portuguese cuisine, a top-notch welcome, efficient service, and very reasonable prices. An address well worth the detour in Coignières! 🇵🇹👏

12/10/2026: I came for lunch with a colleague during a site visit. The duck breast and andouillette sausage were excellent! A minor complaint about the chocolate fondant, which promised Bonne Maman hazelnut spread, but it was (in my opinion) a different, lower-quality hazelnut spread. The wait is a bit long when it gets busy. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance.

19/08/2026: The food was very good and the service was smooth, but the portions were really insufficient. I ordered a "large" menu, yet I felt like I'd only eaten an appetizer. The container was half empty… I had to go somewhere else to get another course to fill myself up. For almost 15 euros, that's an expensive meal…

17/09/2026: I ordered 6 oysters and 6 shrimp with a Pornstar Martini. Honestly, everything was excellent, especially the oysters. For dessert, I had tarte tatin and a vanilla ice cream sundae, which was wow! I've never had any so good; you can really taste the vanilla.
