20/08/2026: One drawback in August: I wouldn't recommend the suckling pig, which had more fat than meat, but I do approve of the profiteroles. Also, my beer wasn't very cold, and if a charming waitress hadn't taken care of our coffees, we'd still be waiting for the ones we ordered from a young colleague. Well, and let's face it, almost 50 euros per person...

20/08/2026: Great place to have a good time. The food was very good, and the prices were reasonable considering the location.

22/09/2025: A varied menu to enjoy on the shaded terrace. I recommend the vegetarian salad—delicious and satisfying! Restaurant in the heart of the city. Friendly staff.

10/09/2026: The decor was lovely, but I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. The couscous was like something you'd get in a school cafeteria, and pork was on the menu—what a disgrace! The merguez sausages were from the supermarket, and apart from the cumin, there were no other spices in the broth. The semolina wasn't even prepared properly!

30/08/2026: The atmosphere is nice but we were disappointed with the food: the tagine was nothing like the slow-cooked, simmered dish you would expect from a tagine and the meat was tough.

05/08/2026: A very charming café with friendly service, great bagels, and delicious lemonades. Additional tables are available in the courtyard. Vegetarian options are available for bagels and hot dogs. English spoken.

10/08/2026: What a great evening, we had a lot of laughs. And the manager is super friendly and welcoming.

07/08/2026: I'm here, and the comedy club just cancelled 5 minutes before the show was supposed to start! It was my first time, this isn't right!! And on top of that, they're only offering a postponement, not a refund, it's outrageous!!

30/08/2026: My risotto was absolutely delicious and the welcome was very warm. I was even able to have lunch at 3 pm. Beautiful view from the terrace.

21/09/2026: A very bad experience. A colleague and I ordered four pints of beer while waiting for my son's surgery to finish, and we were shocked to find ourselves charged €50 for just four pints, which works out to €12.50 per pint. What's particularly regrettable is that the beer prices aren't clearly displayed. At those prices, customers should at least be able to see the price before ordering. I find this practice extremely opaque and the price/quality ratio completely disproportionate. The experience was all the more unpleasant given that we were already anxiously waiting for our child. I strongly advise against this establishment, especially due to the lack of price transparency and the extremely slow service!

21/09/2026: Avoid this place! 50 euros for 4 beers, unheard of, and the owner didn't even dare show up. I can only imagine how the poor employees who work with him must feel. Meanwhile, there was nobody in the restaurant at 12:30.

14/08/2026: What a wonderful evening at Les Acolytes with our friends and their children! We received a fantastic welcome, enjoyed an air-conditioned dining room, and had a varied menu that ensured everyone found something to their liking among the tapas, from octopus salad and pork ribs to fries, beef tartare with oysters (amazing!), cheeses, and other delicacies. Add to that a fine selection of wines and Trappist and local beers, and you have a truly satisfied family. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to the dynamic, efficient, and incredibly friendly owner! 🌟

18/08/2026: We ordered two very good salads. The outdoor area is very shady, the waitress is wearing misting sprays, very pleasant.

20/09/2026: A lovely time spent at the wine cellar; a discovery and an address to remember. The service was friendly and lively. The wine is excellent, full of flavor, and the plum Melba is a real success.

19/09/2026: Passing through Valence, what a pleasant surprise for lunch! We had the dish of the day (beef bourguignon) which was delicious! As for the service: quick, efficient, friendly, and attentive. I asked the kitchen to change the recipe (using fresh cheese) and it was done with a smile, and it was absolutely delicious. Well done to the whole team! Highly recommended!

07/03/2026: A very mixed experience. While the service was impeccable and very welcoming, the food unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. The seafood seemed to have come straight from the freezer and was sorely lacking in seasoning. The lack of background music made the atmosphere a bit cold, which accentuated the feeling of poor value for money. A shame, because the waitress was very attentive.

25/09/2026: 1:00 PM sharp: The terrace was half empty, full of parasols but forbidden to open them. Blazing with heat, we had no choice but to eat lunch at a tiny table (for two). We were forbidden from opening the large parasol. We asked to open a small one. We were told yes, then another waiter told us no. We decided to leave and were yelled at. What a welcome! Absolutely no sense of customer service. Avoid this place!
