02/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at this 19th-century restaurant. The setting: The restaurant boasts an ideal location, and the view is superb! The food: The mussels were simply exquisite, fresh, and perfectly cooked. A real treat! The service: The welcome was impeccable. A very special thank you to Frédéric, who was absolutely fantastic: incredibly kind and very helpful. It's a pleasure to find such attentive staff and such a lovely setting. I highly recommend it!

23/05/2026: An excellent spot in Paris's 12th arrondissement! La Tropicale is a truly magnificent place, with meticulous decor and an elegant, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to linger. You can immediately sense the artisanal touch and passion behind the products offered. The ice creams are simply divine: intensely flavored, perfectly balanced, and of genuine quality that you can taste from the very first spoonful. The fact that they're made on-site makes all the difference; the flavors are authentic and original. It's hard to choose because everything looks so tempting. A superb discovery that I highly recommend to all lovers of good artisanal ice cream!

16/01/2026: The food was truly awful. The knives served were full of sand (so they hadn't been washed), basically garbage. The lobster was lukewarm, as was its side dish, and the wait was incredibly long even though the restaurant was only three-quarters empty.

07/01/2026: Great restaurant. A warm welcome and excellent service. The waitresses and waitresses were lovely and patient despite our large group. The food was very good, and the ingredients were very fresh. I highly recommend it.

22/06/2026: A truly pleasant surprise! A warm welcome, simple cuisine made with quality ingredients (everything is homemade), and a really nice atmosphere. At lunchtime, a set menu for €16 includes a starter, main course, and dessert. And the best part? Open 7 days a week!

01/06/2026: A lovely, secluded setting in the forest. Evening service was a bit slow; allow 20 to 25 minutes between the starter, main course, and dessert, even though the restaurant had one table inside and four outside. The food could use some improvement, but the staff remained friendly and pleasant.

18/05/2026: Nestled in the woods, this establishment boasts a large parking area, a terrace, a bar, and a dining room that evening was warmed by a pleasant fire in an old cast-iron stove, creating a lovely ambiance. A delightful surprise awaited us with our aperitif: a delicious little truffle soup and some mini pastries. We ordered two set menus. The presentation of the dishes was sophisticated, which is important as it whets the appetite. The eggs for my wife were excellent. The gizzard salad for my husband was pleasant, although the flavor of the gizzards was masked by an overly sweet sauce—a shame. The fish of the day, cod, had a nice sauce but was served lukewarm. The duck leg was cooked well, though there was still a touch of sugar on top. The raspberry dessert was well executed. The service seemed slow to us. Was this due to the time it took to prepare the dishes in the kitchen or was it the fault of the bar staff? Overall, good value for money, however, in trying to innovate, it sometimes distorts the basics.

28/05/2026: On the recommendation of friends, we suggest this small, family-run restaurant with its warm and welcoming service. The staff kindly overlooked our poor French and even happily corrected us when we asked. The food is just as delicious as it looks.

28/05/2026: We happened to be there! The service was very friendly and accommodating! Ordering in English was absolutely no problem! The pizza is nice and thin and very tasty! The salad with the homemade dressing was fantastic! We love eating here! Thank you! We were there again today, May 28, 2026! Super friendly! We were able to order very well in English and even try out a little French! We were very grateful for the tips and suggestions for improvement! If you're ever there, you absolutely have to try the steak, it's sensational! The steak comes without sauce, but the mushroom sauce... amazing! And then there's the gratin... mmm! You'll find the steak on the menu at the bottom in a small handwritten section!

25/02/2026: There were six of us, and we were lucky to have booked the day before. The welcome and service were impeccable, and all the dishes were excellent (the porcini mushroom sauce was amazing!). A lovely mountain atmosphere; hikers cross paths with or join skiers, and it's accessible even to beginners. Don't change a thing! And don't give in to the trend of deafening music! You'll always have delighted customers!

05/06/2026: Perfect! I've never seen such an affordable kebab deal, yet everything is high quality! The cooks are extremely skilled and friendly; they have it all: efficiency, smiles, and kindness. I highly recommend it!
