07/09/2026: It's a real shame, the food itself is very good. Personally, I found the terrine and burger very good, and the homemade mayo was a nice touch. I recommend it. The only downside, which significantly lowered the rating, was the service, which was truly disappointing. It took over an hour and a half to be served our main course and starter, we had to ask for water, and we had to ask for the sauces several times... you missed out on some desserts because they looked really good...

06/09/2026: The manager's welcome was appalling; he refused to serve two desserts and two drinks at the end of service, even though there were still about ten full tables. "As a matter of principle, we only serve people who order a full meal." Unheard of. Avoid this place "as a matter of principle."

24/05/2026: We arrived there in the evening without a reservation. The lady at reception was able to offer us a table for two. Our order took a little while, but the preparation and taste more than made up for it. We had a lovely time and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Thank you so much. We'd love to come back.

23/05/2026: While cycling along the ViaRhôna, we booked a night with dinner and breakfast. Excellent place, very warm welcome, magnificent setting, generous and delicious meal. Fellow cyclists, don't hesitate!

31/12/2025: An exceptional dinner at this restaurant. We were delighted with the €26 starter/main/dessert menu, which included a complimentary limoncello! The food was delicious, and the restaurant was pleasantly quiet. The heated terrace was perfect for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

19/06/2026: Disappointed. At first, when they opened, I was very happy about the reopening. Now, I'm very disappointed; this is the third time I've come on a Friday evening. The last time, with a reservation in the afternoon, upon arrival, we were offered an aperitif, and after it was served, we were told they only had a charcuterie board or a steak and fries (not homemade) because they had supposedly been sold out at lunchtime. This is the third time I've received the same answer. We politely pointed it out to the manager. No gesture of goodwill, they couldn't care less. There were three of us. And we will not be repeating this experience at this establishment.

13/09/2026: What a shame. We've eaten at this restaurant before and enjoyed going there. However, this weekend we tried to make a reservation, but to no avail. So we went there in person to ask, and what a reception we received… We were left waiting for ages, with people walking right past us without even a glance, and when they finally deigned to speak to us, they coldly told us, without looking at us, that they were fully booked. It's not that we're frustrated that the restaurant was full—good for them—but I think there are certain ways of doing things and a minimum of consideration that should be shown to someone who has made the effort to go out of their way.

12/09/2026: What can I say? Nothing, simply thank you to the owner, Antoine. Generous portions of excellent quality. Be warned, the portions are very large. A must-visit in Les Angles.

09/10/2026: What more can I say...and read her excuses...30-minute drive-thru wait. Cold...I put it in the hands of this so-called manager...who finds it hot without getting her hands burned...my dear Julien Canal...back in your father's day, 30 years ago...the customer was taken into account...if I give you bad equipment, will you accept it...close down or sell...or go to your establishments as an undercover boss...you'll learn....my poor Francis

09/10/2026: I ordered a large milkshake, only to find there was more whipped cream in the cup than milkshake itself. Plus, the flavor I wanted was no longer available, so they automatically gave me a different one without even asking me. :/

06/09/2026: Unsurprising restaurant, a standard Chinese restaurant, but with rather tasteless food. What surprised us most was that we had to pay 11.20 euros for the rice. Not recommended, in our opinion.

09/10/2026: A very good experience; we were just passing through with our dog. All three of us received a warm welcome from very kind and pleasant people, and the setting was beautiful with a friendly atmosphere. We ate very well. A place you absolutely must discover when you're in the area. We went without a reservation.

22/09/2026: I've never left a bad review on Google because I believe you shouldn't trash people on social media, but frankly, not only were we poorly received (even though there were 13 of us), but once seated, we were told there was only one set menu, despite supposedly being informed of this when we made the reservation, which was absolutely not the case (we're not fans of sauerkraut). We only managed to eat one of the three sauerkraut platters, if you count everything. But then, when it came time to pay the rather hefty bill (almost €400!), when we went over the bill with the waitress who asked us how much we were ordering, and we said 10 slices and 2 pizzas shared by 3 children, and then realized on the way out that we'd been charged for 11 slices at €25 each and 2 pizzas, I find that very dishonest. And to top it all off, we left with our Tupperware containers (well, yes, at €25 a portion of sauerkraut, we took it home even if it wasn't as excellent as we'd been promised to reassure us when we ordered), only to realize that we hadn't been given the sausages or the bacon, but that they had left the rind on. I find that very petty. In short, we should have gotten up and left when they told us there was only one set menu, but being polite, we didn't want to embarrass the restaurant owner. Perhaps we should have. One thing is for sure: we won't be back.

25/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The tapas were delicious. The sun lounger in the front row, complete with a parasol and bottled water, was very pleasant despite the overcast weather. We will be back.

08/09/2026: I ordered the claypot rice with preserved meat, and the beef chow fun next door smelled really good too!

03/09/2026: A huge disappointment for this restaurant, which I loved when it first opened. The classics are no longer there: dry xiaolong noodles without broth, shrimp cheung fun that tasted like they came from the frozen food aisle of a supermarket, and a tough, bland char siu. The charm is gone; I won't be going back.
