27/09/2026: It takes a while for the waitress to get a smile on her face. But when she comes to clear the table and asks if we enjoyed the pizzas, I say "delicieux" in my best French. And then I actually see a small smile! We ordered the four cheese pizza and the burrata pizza. The pizzas were delicious, with a crispy crust and flavorful dough. What looks like a simple bistro is a culinary must-visit.

The daily special at €13—chicken stir-fry with ginger and lemon, served with linguine—was a delightful surprise: generous, flavorful, and hearty. And to top it off, excellent coffee! At this price and with this level of service, what more could you ask for? A great place I'll gladly return to!

05/10/2026: The fries were cold and the two King Fish were stuck to the paper. The wait was long. You might as well go get a kebab; it's cheaper and better. Avoid this restaurant. It's impossible to make a complaint; they don't care. BK is more open and friendly; I've never had any problems with them. This restaurant should be blocked.

When I ordered a strawberry tart, the filling was a complete disaster. The strange taste and smell prevented me from finishing it… these things happen, it's not a big deal. However, I'd like someone to explain how they can sell such a meager sandwich for almost €6, please?? Two slices of lettuce barely scraping together with a bit of tuna and two slices of tomato. Even the egg is sliced ​​into 2mm pieces—is this a joke? There's no sauce inside, and everything is incredibly dry. The staff I saw were rather unfriendly, and I didn't feel particularly welcome. And on top of that, the food there is now bad. This was the last straw for me. I called, but the manager wasn't there. No one has called me back, so I'm leaving a review.

08/06/2026: Impeccable and clean room (room number 5 is fantastic) The valley is magnificent. For dinner, you can also go to Taverna dell'Orso (a 5-minute walk in the heart of the village). Open for a month now (family-run), the food is extraordinary and the service is sensational. Bernard Garnier

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to make their stay in Saint-Malo unforgettable.

Wonderful because of the thoughtful touches at every moment (like a blanket when the weather turned chilly), the kindness of the entire team, and the evident care taken in selecting high-quality, locally sourced products. Not to mention some excellent wines on the wine list. In short, a perfect lunch on the terrace. We'll definitely be back!

15/09/2026: The heat was stifling, and management refused to turn on the air conditioning for purely economic reasons. The cold food on the buffet wasn't at the right temperature, which is a major hygiene and food safety issue! I'd rather pay €2 more and have a huge buffet with a much wider selection. It's a shame, but it was a very bad experience.
