03/07/2026: We've been going to Liberty for several years, but honestly, the standard is really very low. We're disappointed... You can go there if you're not hungry, if you like raw salmon, dry and cold rice, and the "woman's salad" is a joke—the warm goat cheese is just a vulgar log of cold goat cheese and the sausage is only three slices. We won't be going back... There are better places, and not far away.

21/03/2026: Fast home delivery. The pizza I received was nothing like what I ordered. Instead of "Frankfurter sausage" as described on the menu, it was just hot dogs... and the toppings were very meager. Disappointing.

15/06/2026: Great owners with impeccable manners. Fantastic food, especially the burgers, which are probably the best I've ever had! And how well they're prepared! I won't show you in the photo. Come and see for yourself. It's an unassuming corner spot, but it's delicious and amazing!

06/04/2026: I think this place is a bit overrated based on the reviews. I had the L'artiste burger and it was good, nothing to get your ass kicked out of, but it certainly wasn't bad. What disappointed me was the service. No one spoke English, the service was unpleasant and the atmosphere was weird. There were animal trophies everywhere, they sat us across from an open toilet that smelled, just not much. I would probably only recommend it if you want to take your food with you, which happened quite often there.

11/03/2026: It's clear that the quality of the pizzas has declined. As a regular customer, I found the crust to be very thin and the ingredients no longer of the same quality. What a disappointment.

30/06/2026: Nice place. Good food. Good service. However, it's quite noisy as we were seated very close together. The meat was delicious. 🍟 Good, though a bit too thin.

27/06/2026: The meat and desserts were delicious, the lettuce and fries could be improved. The staff was very friendly. The terrace is in a very quiet corner, considering how close it is to the city center. Water is available by the pitcher upon request, and the fries keep coming around offering more. The service is the same as the other L'entrecotte restaurants: an individual salad of lettuce and walnuts already dressed, a small tray with some baguette bread, then the plates with the meat cooked to your liking with the fries, and another tray with meat and sauce on warmers. The restaurant itself is very nice, and the restrooms are upstairs and unisex.
