17/06/2025: I went in to get a half pint of beer and the man with the rude cap looked at me through it. He said to me you are rude so I said to him please rinse the glass it is hot he is starting to open his mouth. And I took the half pint I don't want to light the flame because I have the patience I waiter with the cap no respect for the customer I came by at 4:30 p.m. today

09/07/2026: A customer for several years, always warmly welcomed by the staff, the quality of the food consistently excellent, a regular customer of the lamb tagine and lamb couscous – simply perfect. I highly recommend it.

Special mention for the accessibility for people with reduced mobility; everything is done to ensure everyone feels welcome.

10/05/2026: Nice little hotel right on the edge of Colmar's old town. The staff were great, and the facilities very good. The rooms are quite small, and are therefore only suitable for couples, in particular those who are incredibly fond of each other.
03/05/2026: We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
The room was big and clean, breakfast was great.
They also have a spa area with a nice pool.
The location is very convenient to visit the city center.

The only slight drawback: the burrata was only a half portion and its texture was a bit too firm and not soft enough, which is a shame for a burrata…

Way too much sugar in the pastry, to the point of being sickening.
The flan was okay.
So disappointing compared to what it was supposed to be!

The iced kouglof is delicious.
The welcome and service are very friendly.
