04/10/2026: I went to eat tonight and the service was completely inadequate. The waiter seemed lost and distracted, and the dishes that arrived weren't the right ones. Furthermore, my salad was served without bread, and I had to ask for it three times. In the middle of my meal, I wanted to take a break outside for a cigarette because I had a phone call to make. I had to leave the table before I had finished my meal, so I was on the terrace when the waiter came to get me to order dessert. I find this very disrespectful, as if they wanted to throw me out. I had to end my conversation. Also, I had ordered a steak cooked medium-rare, but unfortunately, I received a very rare, almost raw, and far too fatty steak.

03/10/2026: This is the first time I've gone to a restaurant and left without eating. Let me explain: we waited an hour! And all we got were drinks. So we decided to leave.

28/09/2026: I came this Monday at lunchtime with my mother. What can I say! Sometimes words fail me to express the sheer pleasure of a meal. But this time, I have to elaborate. First, the welcome: the smiles, the charm, the quick wit of the two waitresses should be the norm in all food establishments. Now, the meal itself. Okay, let's get to it. My mother ordered the tagliatelle with salmon, and she loved it—the texture, the seasoning, the exceptional freshness of the salmon. That's already pretty good. Now, let's get down to business. The mesclun burger. I like to eat burgers in brasseries. I'd put this one in the pantheon of burgers. The beetroot bun was incredible, the toppings—wow! Amazing onions, incredible cheddar, a surprising homemade sauce, perfectly cooked bacon, a butcher-style steak so flavorful, the sheer size of it—it's a banger. Oh yes, the homemade matchstick fries that perfectly balance the dish; they're light and crispy. Okay, I'm being a bit long-winded, but honestly, it's so worth it. Let's finish with the desserts, a sweet treat that brings joy and delights the taste buds. I'll stop there. Bravo, well done, incredible! Julien and his mother Claudine, delighted customers!

24/09/2026: The beef was incredibly delicious, melting in your mouth! The owners were also super welcoming. Highly recommend! 🥹

26/08/2026: I ordered the strawberry cake, and it was very fresh and delicious. There can be around a 10-minute wait to be served, but the quality of the cake made it worthwhile.

16/08/2026: It would of been nice if they were open on Sunday like the website said!!

22/05/2026: Avoid at all costs... The welcome and service were abysmal. The food was bland and poorly prepared, undoubtedly using frozen ingredients. I'm truly disappointed because paying (a lot) for such bad food is infuriating.

26/04/2026: Group lunch for a birthday. Two courses: cannelloni with ricotta cheese and veal sauté with polenta, both delicious. Fiadone was equally good.

28/08/2026: Extremely disappointed, especially since we used to eat very well here. Beef fillet with morels and homemade fries. So, frozen fries, a completely tasteless sauce, and most importantly, no morels. €26, no less! Honestly, apart from the meat being tender, there was absolutely nothing to it. I should mention that I finished the first slice of beef and ate the two morels that were on my plate; it would have been a shame to leave them.

26/07/2026: Perfect!!! For my first time, it was fantastic. The food and service were excellent, everything was great. The owners are very welcoming and the prices are reasonable.

20/07/2026: I've been buying coffee from Brûleries de Belleville for almost 14 years now. I don't know of any better coffee available in France—and I've tried a great many. You have to look at some American websites to find anything comparable to what's offered here. The latest subscriptions I've received have raised the bar even higher, with coffees that go beyond simply being "seasonal" (it's summer, so they're offering Ethiopian...) and are truly high-quality blends. My morning coffee is one of the most important rituals of the day, and I can't thank your team enough for their selections, suggestions, and your helpful and responsive customer service. Long live Brûleries de Belleville!

12/09/2026: If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to Pouiaillon in Place des Halles this morning at 9:50 for breakfast with a friend. We ordered the bread/butter/jam combo, but unfortunately, the cashier told us she didn't have any white bread. We asked for whole-grain bread, but no, they didn't have any. Honestly, it opens at 9:00, it wasn't crowded, and there was no bread... Plus, the cashier wasn't very friendly... So we went somewhere else for breakfast.

06/09/2026: Excellent experience at Poulaillon! Pleasant service and very friendly staff. Special mention to Mohamed, always smiling and professional. I highly recommend them!

11/10/2026: Dinner on October 10th. Horrible meal. A 40-minute wait; everyone in the dining room was on edge. We made the mistake of going to the restroom while we waited: a truly horrific sight. Toilet seat on the floor, sink clogged for washing hands. And the floor was sticky. And of course, insults were exchanged between the servers and customers because of the wait—it was awful! We will definitely never return!

10/10/2026: Uber's delivery is still incomplete. I called the store to find out why I hadn't received my order... the person who answered didn't know what to tell me. I want a full refund from this store.
