10/04/2026: Business lunch. I loved my experience at BIM: very friendly, attentive, and quick service. The portions were generous and excellent. I greatly appreciated that even though there were only three options, there was always a high-quality vegetarian dish. The same goes for the starters, with several vegetarian choices! Excellent value for money. I can't wait to go back.

18/12/2025: I was extremely disappointed by the 22% increase in my premium this year. Furthermore, I found the staff in St. Ambroix (Gard) and the branch manager, Mr. Heddebaut, in Alès (Gard), to be incompetent in handling my case. Having been insured for 45 years without any claims of my own, this is truly a lack of consideration. Needless to say, I have cancelled all my policies. I do not recommend this MMA insurance. Following your response: During our phone conversation in Alès, you indicated that this increase (which I consider arbitrary) was legal and that there was nothing you could do. In St. Ambroix, I was even told that I could cancel my policies at any time, referring to the Hamon Law, which I did, and I transferred my policies to AXA, saving €194 for better coverage. Shop around.

04/06/2026: Stayed here for my partner’s birthday. The staff were extremely accommodating helping me organise a birthday surprise. They even quietly upgraded us which we only realised afterwards. The room and location were lovely, the bistro was incredible and we had the best tiramisu of our lives. Would recommend!

04/06/2026: A beautiful boutique hotel in a charming neighborhood. We unfortunately only stayed 1 night at Hotel du Sentier and we wish we were there longer. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly (shout out to Yasmin, the hotel Manager) and we even met the owner, Charlotte. The superior room was stunning - natural light pouring into the room, high ceilings, clean aesthetic, warm lighting for the evening; also much larger room compared to other boutiques we've stayed in. At night, the restaurant was buzzing into the evening and you really felt like you were living in Paris. The surrounding area has many restaurants, cafes and shops bustling with locals. Merci beaucoup!

08/06/2026: We love this little country restaurant. The welcome is warm, the food excellent, everything is done to pamper the customers, and despite the slightly dated decor, the atmosphere is relaxing. You can take the time to chat with the ladies who run the place. The appetizer buffet is truly all-you-can-eat; when you've finished your plate, you're invited to help yourself again, and you don't need to be asked twice because it's simple and delicious. The daily special is generous and flavorful, and the dessert is a delight. The pace of service might be a little slow, but sometimes it's nice to take your time and not feel rushed.

23/04/2026: How lovely! Something you don't experience in the Netherlands anymore. A set menu, with a buffet for the starter, main course, and dessert, plus very friendly, family-style service. Luckily, we had walked a hiking route that passed by here. We thoroughly enjoyed it!
