The restaurant decor is rather cold...you don't want to linger, no atmosphere or warmth. It's not the same as when we were used to the previous owners, but the food is good, which is the main thing.

22/06/2026: Really enjoyed this place. It’s small, cozy, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The sushi was delicious and tasted very fresh, and we also loved the gyoza and the skewers. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The only thing I felt was missing was a bit of background music. The food and service were great, but some music would have made the ambiance feel warmer and more lively. Overall, a great spot that I would happily come back to.

29/03/2026: It's not so much a question of quality as of quantity on the plate... especially for the price! €6 for half a glass of white wine is a bit steep. Perhaps we should have checked reviews of other restaurants before choosing. Anyway. It's a shame, the place is nice.

02/07/2026: We hadn't even sat down when the owner rudely asked us to leave, staring at our small dog—a 2.5kg Chihuahua—well-groomed and very calm. We asked him how our dog could possibly be bothering him. He replied that it was the law not to allow dogs in a bar or restaurant. Wrong! That was his law. We quickly left his café, telling him we preferred to go to an establishment that accepted dogs and knew how to treat its customers well. We will not be returning to Café Le Commerce on the corner of Rue de Vouillé and Rue Labrouste and will not recommend it. A very bad experience!

23/05/2026: Good food, very friendly waiters, family restaurant. I had a burger with fries, and it was a very generous burger with a good brioche bun, homemade fries, and homemade mayonnaise. The tiramisu was good. I'll go back; it was a good experience. S
