25/07/2026: Waited 40 minutes to be served even though the tacos were already ready, we ate them cold and they weren't even good, I bought fries as an extra and there was nothing in them, frankly very disappointed, I won't go back, I don't recommend it!

28/09/2026: Note: Dinner service starts at 7 pm, so keep that in mind if you plan to arrive earlier. We had dinner here last night and thoroughly enjoyed the experience: the welcome was very warm, the location is superb, and the view of the river was truly lovely. We started with a drink. Nothing special to say about the beer, but my Aperol Spritz was less than convincing: it tasted more like fruit juice than a proper Spritz. That said, ordering an Aperol in France might not have been my brightest idea. 😄 On the other hand, the food was truly delightful. We opted for the starter and main course. The starters were very good, but the main courses far exceeded our expectations. The mussels with Roquefort cheese were excellent. I had the tuna steak with rice—absolutely delicious, probably the highlight of the entire meal. Given the quality of the food, the price is entirely justified, and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. I highly recommend this place.

28/09/2026: Nicely situated by the canal, the tielle (a type of savory pie) was uninteresting, the tuna was very good, but where was the cuttlefish in the rouille dish??? We're still looking...

19/09/2026: The waiter at the counter wasn't very friendly. If I'd seen the reviews, I wouldn't have even gone in; the food is awful.

10/10/2026: Terrible restaurant. The service was incredibly slow, and the couscous was watery, bland, and completely lacking in spices. As bad as supermarket couscous. The chicken was grilled and dry, the lamb chop undercooked, and to top it off, the dining room was freezing. Only the mint tea was worthwhile. In short, avoid this place.

30/09/2026: A very good experience at Touareg! The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, and the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. A friendly place where you're sure to have a good time. I highly recommend it!

23/09/2026: What a disaster! The owner didn't want to work. He already had a table occupied. It's a shame because the place is beautiful.

27/08/2026: Not very friendly. We were refused service simply to see what was happening, with the excuse that they were busy with other customers… It was 1:35 PM and only one table was occupied…

26/09/2026: I'm disappointed by the hygiene. What's the point of using tongs for the bread in front of the customer if the same person will just fill their basket at the back, grabbing the bread with their bare hands and without washing them? Then they lick their fingers to take the bread bag. Between the finger-licking, handling the change, etc., I preferred to leave without the loaves. This isn't the first time I've noticed this problem. Often, when I ask for bread that's not too well-done, the person handles all the loaves by hand, then when they find one that matches my request, they place it in front of me and finally put it in the bag, this time using the tongs. It's a ridiculous sight.

29/07/2026: I bought a croissant, but there was a limit. A €5 limit on the card for a bakery is unacceptable. The croissants were really bad and stale. Very bad experience.

12/09/2026: We were quite disappointed with our meal. The setting is very pretty, and the waitress was really friendly and pleasant. However, for a €28 set menu, we really expected better. In the end, we found it expensive for what it was, especially considering the quality and simplicity of the dishes. The salads were very basic: a few leaves of lettuce with ravioli on top, nothing particularly original. Some of us ordered the tartiflette: the cheese wasn't properly melted with the potatoes, and there was a lot of water at the bottom of the dish. Others chose the Savoyard fondue, but it really lacked flavor, and the cheese wasn't good in our opinion. We also found it a shame that no one actually offered us what we wanted to drink. Even the children's menu doesn't include a drink, which is quite surprising and quickly increases the bill. Regarding the fromage blanc, it was served without crème fraîche or coulis, which we had to ask for later. The desserts weren't exceptional either: the Nutella tiramisu was so good we couldn't find the Nutella, and the chocolate mousse was very ordinary. It's a real shame because the setting is pleasant and the welcome is friendly. But given the €28 price tag for the set menu, we expected better quality, more elaborate dishes, and service commensurate with the price. Unfortunately, for us, the value for money was lacking.

29/07/2026: Passing through today (July 29th) in 36°C heat to pick up a few supplies and do some shopping, I was deeply shocked by the response I received from the information desk/security. Traveling with my two dogs (Border Collies, a breed that is absolutely not restricted), and wanting to spare them the ordeal of an overheated car, I simply asked if I could wait 10 minutes with them at the very beginning of the shopping mall (well before the food areas and checkouts), just while my partner did our shopping. I was flatly refused, or told they could wait only if they were muzzled. Since my dogs are not restricted breeds, I don't have muzzles for them on a daily basis. So, I had to stay outside with them in the sweltering heat for their safety. At a time when awareness is constantly being raised about animal protection and the dangers of heatstroke in summer, applying regulations in such a blind and rigid manner is unacceptable. The mall is vast, entrance 3 is quite far from the food section, and leaving two dogs to wait a few minutes in the shade and cool air posed no health risk. Compared to other European countries (like Italy) or other large shopping centers (Carrefour) where common sense prevails during heatwaves when it comes to allowing animals into the mall, Leclerc Paridis is showing a very poor example here. It's high time to change our approach to these issues and demonstrate a minimum of humanity and common sense in the face of extreme temperatures.

28/07/2026: Appalling! I bought a product on their website and picked it up in store. It turned out to be defective, so I filed a complaint. Four months later, I still haven't received any response other than customer satisfaction surveys asking if my interaction with customer service went well... unbelievable!
