15/05/2026: Very friendly staff. We were a group of 10 and arrived without a reservation after a visit to the nearby comedy club. We were warmly welcomed despite the late hour. Excellent food. I highly recommend it and will return.

01/05/2026: As a regular customer for several years, I've never had a complaint, but yesterday we had a minor issue with the potatoes in the Southwest salad. They definitely looked, felt, and tasted like they'd been reheated. This won't stop us from coming back, though, and we hope not to be disappointed again.

08/06/2026: We had a wonderful dining experience at Santa Elena in Strasbourg! We both ordered the steaks with potatoes, and everything was cooked perfectly. The steaks were tender, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the delicious potatoes. Beyond the fantastic food, the service was exceptional. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the meal. If you’re looking for a great steak dinner in Strasbourg with outstanding hospitality, Santa Elena is definitely worth a visit. We would happily return!

I'll start by mentioning the service because, I must emphasize, it's exceptional and goes beyond the simple polite service one is used to in many restaurants. Here, it's very personal, and you can feel their genuine desire to do things right. The food is also excellent! I highly recommend it!!

22/05/2026: Excellent crêperie. The place is lovely, with a great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. We were planning a table for 25 people and were served very quickly without anyone having to wait. The kitchen and dining room staff seemed extremely well-organized.

Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, from the amuse-bouches to the dessert, each dish was exquisite and delighted us. Thank you to the head waiter for his explanations and attentiveness, and thank you to the chef and owner for his Michelin-starred service. The best restaurant in the Soissons area. Bravo and congratulations!

Authentic cuisine, like the 5A andouillette sausage, so flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a rich, old-fashioned mustard cream sauce that's so hard to find these days! A welcoming owner who doesn't hesitate to offer peanuts to accompany your pre-dinner beer! Such thoughtful attention that makes the customer feel so welcome! Honestly, friends, I highly recommend this place, just behind the Panthéon (5th arrondissement of Paris). You'll have a wonderful time, "just like in the old days"!

20/05/2026: My wife and I had two dinners at Bistrot L’Estrapade while we were in Paris celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. Everything about the experience was 5 stars! It’s a delightfully small bistro right around the corner from the Pantheon that serves delicious, home-cooked French food in a delightful setting. The bistro has been in business over 100 years, and the current owner / hostess / waitress was warm, welcoming, and so very nice. Some items on the menu were French standards prepared with high quality ingredients and others were unusual and outstanding (for example the roast pork shoulder of suckling pig). I would unhesitatingly recommend Bistrot L’Estrapade, and we will most certainly be back on our next visit to Paris!

25/05/2026: A perfect welcome. When ordering, we received helpful advice on the dishes, which greatly facilitated our choice. The mullet tartare with mashed potatoes was a delight. The ice cream and strawberry tart were pure bliss. And to finish, a perfectly strong coffee. In short, a must-visit address in Bastia ❤️

08/05/2026: The best beef loc lac and pho I've ever had. They're simply excellent. Far superior to the other restaurants in the area. Having been disappointed by one of the last places I tried, I have to admit this one is truly top-notch. And they're consistently good.

08/05/2026: The pho, especially the chicken version, is really delicious. The broth really comes alive with just the right amount of spices. The meat isn't dry at all; it's generously filled with tender cuts that are soft and easy to chew. I ordered fried shrimp as a side, and the accompanying fried scallions enhance the aroma, adding to the overall flavor. There are countless similar-looking pho restaurants in District 13, but this place stands out for its small details. And the service is incredibly friendly.

23/05/2026: A super popular seafood restaurant. Reservations are not accepted. We visited in mid-May, and there was already a line at the door at 6:35 PM. When we entered promptly at 6:45 PM, there were still seats available, but it was completely full by about 6:55 PM. The food was delicious, and the ordering and serving were very fast. The baguette was average. The mussels in the mussel hot pot were too small, making it less satisfying. The fries were good. The fried calamari rings were good. A great restaurant that can quickly fill you up without being too expensive.
