22/03/2026: Lunch break during my Parisian day at this lovely brasserie with its charming atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed an excellent free-range chicken with sautéed new potatoes. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The sauce was delicious. For dessert, I opted for the simplicity of a crème brûlée: a definite winner! I now know where to eat in the 9th arrondissement. 31/03/2026: Go ahead and book! Everything is delicious 😋 Plus, on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, they have happy hour with little treats and a great atmosphere!

06/03/2026: Probably the best Portuguese restaurant, it's so good 😋 And the recent renovations to the main dining room have made this place a magnificent setting, go without hesitation (but with your mouth open)!

23/02/2026: Generous portions but high prices. The setting is pleasant, the main room is very large and well-maintained, and access to the outdoor parking area allows for the setup of covered tables and gazebos for summer or buffets. We ordered: - an octopus dish served with potatoes and green beans (€38) The portion was generous despite the price. - a dish of Alentejo beef (€24) The portion was enough for two people; I had to help my wife finish it. The dish was generous with clams, a little less so with the meat, but there was a lot of sauce, a bit too much for my taste, but the plate was emptied. - My daughter had a lasagna in a terrine; it was good and seemed homemade. For dessert, there were no typical cakes (no pudim caseiro, no bolo de bulacha, no molotov...) Only an ice cream menu similar to Carte d'Or. House white wine, two kirs, and warm bread. The warm bread had a perfume-like taste, like eau de toilette, on two slices... Total: €128 for three people. I found the bill a bit steep. Would I go back? Maybe, but not so soon. The setting and parking are a plus. Worth trying if you like Portuguese food.

25/03/2026: A magnificent spot, very close to the motorway exit, a warm welcome, and an excellent lunch with great value for money. And to finish, a leisurely stroll in the park along the water's edge before hitting the road again. A stop to remember without hesitation. The staff's attire is perfectly suited to the sublime setting.

15/03/2026: Little banger. What am I saying? Big banger! 🌺 Since the Bois de Boulogne isn't small (more than twice the size of Central Park in New York), the Parc de Bagatelle is also impressive, both in terms of its size and its abundance of flowers 🌸 I'll definitely be going back. Be aware of the park's access, though: very easy by car, more complicated by metro and walking, but perfectly doable. And by choosing your route carefully, you can even pass through some really nice spots. 🚶‍♂️

15/03/2026: We visited today. Such a beautiful park with the spring bulbs out. The waterfall was magical. Some of the peacocks were real showman. I look forward to visiting again during my next visit to Paris.

28/03/2026: We came for dinner this Saturday, March 27th, as we often do at this restaurant that we enjoy. Everything was very good, but we were a little disappointed by the waitress who took our order. Fortunately, her colleague was there to offer us an aperitif and clear our table. Unfortunately, the waitress's attention and presence were nonexistent; I would even say nonchalant, which is not typical of this establishment. This was the only downside of the evening, because otherwise everything was perfect, and the food was excellent.

27/03/2026: Superb restaurant! A magnificent setting, superb decor—refined, chic, and simple all at once. A welcoming and warm team; we were so comfortable, time flew by. Delicious, high-quality cuisine and cocktails that were as beautiful as they were tasty! Thank you again, we had a wonderful time! ❤️

08/03/2026: Excellent restaurant in Sarlat, discovered last night! The dishes are generous and truly high quality, featuring excellent local duck products. The cooking was perfect and the flavor particularly pronounced, demonstrating the care taken in the kitchen. The restaurant is located in a charming little alley in Sarlat, which makes the experience even more delightful. The staff is very friendly and we immediately felt welcome. I'm so glad I didn't let the 3.9/5 Google rating deter me, because this establishment clearly deserves 5/5. It just goes to show, you shouldn't always rely solely on a rating: some truly wonderful places are well worth the detour!

06/03/2026: This restaurant is very pleasant and the owner is friendly. All the dishes are delicious and generous. The value for money is quite good, especially considering its location in Sarlat. Note their homemade foie gras. The wines are also well-chosen. This was my fourth visit to this establishment at different times of the year over the years: always consistent quality and a real pleasure to return. I highly recommend it!

21/02/2026: A good place for a relaxing meal. The pizza was very good with a thin crust (you either like it or you don't, but it's homemade), the pasta carbonara had a good sauce, but not as good as homemade, according to my son. Sorry... On the other hand, a huge plus to mention: exceptional service and a very friendly family. Thank you to our waitress and the cooks.

08/07/2025: More than €60 for 2 small pizzas and 2 "medium" ones, exorbitant considering the quality. Impossible to order while taking advantage of the so-called current offers, so we ordered without taking advantage of them. Same thickness whether we chose thin or normal dough... dough that cannot be described as pizza dough... in short, extremely disappointed, we will avoid Dominos in the future
