08/08/2026: First time at this restaurant, which was incredibly welcoming and had a magnificent setting. The service (from the entire team) was impeccable and attentive to every customer. The dishes were beautifully presented and of very high quality. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

04/09/2026: I journeyed here with the hope of trying several Niçois specialties at once: Socca, Barbajuan, Trouchia. Unfortunately, when I arrived at around 16:00, I was told they had sold out for the day, so keep this in mind. Nevertheless, the one item I could get – barbajuan – was delicious. I tried several flavours, with the goat's cheese and chorizo being a favourite.

19/08/2026: My husband and I visited le Castelet recently for dinner and it was incredible! The setting was lovely, the service was friendly and attentive and the food was fresh, full of flavour and totally delicious! Would highly recommend

19/08/2026: Meal for 4 people. Very warm welcome and pleasant service. However, we were disappointed by the sparse accompaniment to the tuna tataki: bland carrot tagliatelle, and another vegetable was missing. The tataki itself was very good. This dish wasn't worth €27. The duck breast was very good, but it needed a few potatoes. The seasonal fruit pavlova was too sweet and overpriced. There was a limited selection of desserts. We had visited twice in winter and found the quality and price to be reasonable. We were disappointed this time in the summer, which is a shame!

22/07/2026: Hello, For my partner's birthday, we had a meal together and chose the €49 menu. I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff were very friendly, the service was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. We will definitely return. It's the best value for money in the area.

03/09/2026: A set menu to avoid. A 50g sea bass fillet accompanied by a ladleful of very runny sweet potato mash, and I had the misfortune of ordering a glass of awful rosé. However, on my way out, I saw the little bistro next door offering a much more appealing menu, but we had a reservation. 🫣

16/08/2026: A wonderful moment, suspended in time on this terrace... Open since yesterday under new ownership. A very warm welcome.

13/08/2026: I'm a cyclist who happened to pass through the village. It was over 40 degrees today, and I saw that the inn was closed, but there was an open door to the side. I kindly asked if they had a bottle of water, but they politely replied that they were on a break. 🤐 Note that the area seems deserted, with few bars and fountains. Luckily, there was a fountain near the inn.

21/05/2026: The hotel is very well located in relation to the Verdon Gorge. The room and bathroom were clean. The bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. We were less impressed with the restaurant.
