A very warm welcome, the owner and waitress were very pleasant.
The meal was of very high quality with fresh ingredients.
Perfect value for money. I would have given it 6 stars.
As residents of Vonnas, we have had the opportunity to try the former Auberge and the Château d’Epeyssoles, and your restaurant deserves as many stars as these establishments.
I highly recommend it!

29/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant.
The ravioli were absolutely delicious.
We also really enjoyed the lentil and smoked trout appetizer. It just needed a touch more salt and pepper to perfect the seasoning, but we managed to fix that.
The only slight drawback was the pork chop, which looked beautiful but was a little dry.
For an aperitif, I highly recommend the Americano; it was exceptionally well-prepared.
The service was also perfect.

01/07/2026: This was the best meal we had in Alsace. Found it by accident and what a great discovery. The food was cooked superbly especially the Bream. Also loved the Munster Cheese flambe. Great wines from the next door winery. The service was lovely especially when it started to rain and we were sitting outside. They quickly found tables inside for us upstairs. Highly, highly recommend

10/08/2026: We stopped by Sunday morning for a drink on the terrace (a group of motorcyclists) and were very poorly received. You have to go get your own drink – there's only one type of draft beer, you have to wait because there was only one person serving – pay for it immediately, clean the table, open the parasol. And to top it all off, not a single smile, even a rude one.

We had the burgers, and they were excellent—generous portions, and the service was quick and attentive.
The interior is charming, quiet, and air-conditioned.

13/07/2026: It's not that far from Brussels. With La Condition Publique nearby, Roubaix is fantastic, especially for eating at this place that makes the best Welsh rarebit on earth. The owner, who is also an artist and photographer, provides creative and cheerful service. I'll definitely be going back soon and inviting some friends.
02/07/2026: We went for lunch on Saturday, June 27th at Café Jean. Excellent brasserie! Delicious and flavorful dishes! The tarte tatin was amazing with a scoop of mango ice cream 😉 The owner was really friendly. A lovely experience after shopping at Mac Arthur Glen.
We'll definitely be back!

A huge congratulations to the chef for creating these dishes. We enjoyed a delicious fish with a perfectly prepared side of fresh vegetables, demonstrating real care in both the preparation and presentation. The same goes for the dessert. We also had the opportunity to chat with the restaurant owners, and the value for money was excellent. Thank you for your dedication, which deserves to be recognized!
