16/04/2026: We were charmed by the setting of Beurre Noisette: the place is delightful, peaceful, and perfect for a pleasant experience. As for the food, the quality of the dishes was impeccable: the ingredients were fresh, the flavors refined, and every bite delicious. However, the experience was marred by the service. We felt there was absolutely no effort made to accommodate vegetarians, which is regrettable for an establishment of this caliber. A little more flexibility and consideration for different dietary needs would have made the experience perfect. It's a fine restaurant thanks to the quality of its ingredients, but the service lacks a modern touch in this regard.

08/06/2026: We had a wonderful dining experience at Santa Elena in Strasbourg! We both ordered the steaks with potatoes, and everything was cooked perfectly. The steaks were tender, flavorful, and paired beautifully with the delicious potatoes. Beyond the fantastic food, the service was exceptional. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the meal. If you’re looking for a great steak dinner in Strasbourg with outstanding hospitality, Santa Elena is definitely worth a visit. We would happily return!

08/06/2026: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant where the service was impeccable, very flexible, and respectful of food intolerances. I'll start by mentioning the service because, I must emphasize, it's exceptional and goes beyond the simple polite service one is used to in many restaurants. Here, it's very personal, and you can feel their genuine desire to do things right. The food is also excellent! I highly recommend it!!

02/05/2026: This is the second time we have been there and each time it is full of young people enjoying a glass of wine. The cheese plate is a great compliment to the wine. Unfortunately not many seats are available, so just find a corner and enjoy a glass of wine.

We were 3 families, 10 people in total, and we ordered mixed platters and sandwiches—everything was delicious!! The portions were generous and incredibly tasty, the place was clean, and the staff was very welcoming!! They even served us tea and halva after lunch! Thank you so much, I'll never forget your hospitality!!

17/05/2026: Good evening, Buonasera!! We ate at Balili three nights in a row – that pretty much says it all 😊 The restaurant is in a beautiful location and has a wonderful atmosphere. The food was excellent every evening, everything fresh, delicious, and prepared with so much love. A very special thank you goes to the amazing waiters Edmondo and his friend – incredibly attentive, warm, and with such a great vibe. You immediately feel welcome. 24/05/2026: Second and final attempt, this is far from cooking! Random mixes of sauces and flavors, "fried" potatoes swimming in oil, a burger where only the meat was recognizable, a warm, runny Saint-Marcellin cheese, salad left on the plate...! Well, the owner just arrived, let's give him some time, but to the happy customers giving 5/5, I'd like to say that it's not fair to the "Chef." He needs to know he has to make an effort and improve to last! So, patience.
