15/09/2026: Until July 2025, I would have given it a 5 out of 5 rating. The homemade desserts were very good. Since September, the quality has really dropped; it's all just industrial desserts now. We used to come twice a week, but we're going to change our habits and hope for an improvement.

13/09/2026: I ordered a Deliveroo. We wanted to try the MasterChef burger, and we were expecting a decent-sized burger with more ingredients, given the price. €13, what a disappointment! The steak was overcooked, there weren't many ingredients—a real rip-off. We might as well stick with the Whopper. Their chili cheeses are always overcooked. Like all fast-food chains, prices are going up and quality is going down.

21/07/2026: What can I say? The welcome was barely acceptable. And the food? A cold fish skewer with edible fries and a very wilted salad. Not a single gesture or word of apology! Very disappointing.

28/09/2026: As a long-time customer, I've been ordering my pizzas from them for over 10 years. I'm very disappointed since the change in management! The service, both in person and on the phone, is very cold. Last Saturday, I placed a delivery order, which was supposed to arrive in 35 minutes. I called after an hour: they were still on the oven. Without any apology, the owner told me he would remake them and that I would definitely be delivered within 30 minutes. An hour later, making it two hours in total after the first order, still nothing. I called again. They hung up on me. I called again, and a different person asked me to come pick up the pizzas because the delivery driver was no longer available... The restaurant and delivery business is a profession. A profession this company has clearly lost. On a slightly positive note, their pizzas are good, but it's essential to remind them to cook them properly every time...

11/10/2026: Accustomed to a completely different level of service at the Brasserie Vatel in Nîmes, I was particularly shocked by the attitude of the head waitress present during our lunch on Saturday, October 10th. Her behavior towards me and some of her remarks struck me as completely inappropriate, even unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a position that demands self-control, diplomacy, and a welcoming manner. It is difficult to understand how a head waitress can allow herself such lapses in behavior in an establishment that claims to be a benchmark in hospitality and restaurant training. But what also strikes me is the obvious lack of supervision of the students during service. Unlike the usual head waitress, whose professionalism and attention to the students I have always appreciated, the manager present that day gave me absolutely no impression of supervising or guiding the young trainees. The service was extremely basic, including wine being served without even being offered a tasting beforehand. A minor detail? Certainly not in a hospitality school where the teaching of service standards should be exemplary. I have absolutely no complaints about the students, who are there to learn. It is precisely the role of their instructors to guide them, correct them, and pass on the demands of the profession. What deeply disappoints me, beyond the treatment I personally received, is the image it projects of an institution whose primary mission is to train the professionals of tomorrow. Professionalism isn't decreed by a title; it's demonstrated by example, respect for the customer, and the quality of supervision. I sincerely hope that Vatel's management will take this type of behavior seriously, as it does no favors for its reputation or, above all, for the students it is responsible for training.

31/07/2026: Living nearby, I eat at Maestro Pizza very, very often and I have nothing but positive things to say. The pizzas are very reasonably priced, fresh, and always delicious! The staff is always very friendly, and if you have the slightest problem or request, they are accommodating and very customer-oriented! I highly recommend it; go for it without hesitation! 😚
