04/10/2026: Meal eaten before noon. Toilets extremely dirty 😳😡 so I'm worried about the state of the kitchens... I checked on Facebook to leave a review and found a comment, with photos, dated yesterday, identical to mine... Don't you clean? 🤔

03/10/2026: Yesterday I went there and was disgusted to see the state of the toilet bowl. It's not just the floor that needs cleaning. There's urine stagnating in it. It's a recipe for infection.

30/05/2026: The meal was reasonably priced. The dessert was awful: a mass-produced chocolate fondant served on a plate with a single dollop of whipped cream.

15/10/2026: Very disappointed with the Shio Ramen. The portion is really small and the broth is far too salty. For €13.40, there's only one slice of pork, and it's not even enough to feel full. The value for money is really poor. It's expensive for what it is. I don't recommend it. Shio Ramen

15/10/2026: Exceptional: the ramen and gyoza were fabulous. Flavorful, fragrant, and generous portions. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We ate very well. We really want to go back!

04/10/2026: Fantastic restaurant, excellent cuisine and very professional service. There was a slight mix-up with my order and they changed it immediately without asking or explaining anything. It's so refreshing these days to have such top-notch customer service!

16/09/2026: A great spot on Rue Saint-Quentin! I had the sushi menu and it was absolutely delicious. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Between the generous portions and the affordable prices, it has everything you could want. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely be back! Thank you!

28/07/2026: Authentic Italian experience by people who know how to cook exceptionally well. The prices are competitive, the welcome genuine, food to be proud of and well positioned to shop sunbathe or explore. It’s not our first visit we’ll be back again.

23/10/2026: You can't even log in at the kiosks, or at the physical cash register either. I don't understand the concept... and it's been like this for quite a while, the staff told us. Nothing's been fixed, it's great. I even think it's intentional since McDonald's is a franchise. I had a free meal, but I couldn't use it.

14/10/2026: This was my first time at the McDonald's in Segny, and I received terrible service. They forgot about me when I placed my order, and I had to wait 30 minutes. There was no apology from anyone, neither the manager nor the employees. The service needs improvement; it's a disgrace.

04/10/2026: Over 30 minutes for an order, for a 1:00 PM service, what a mess!

20/09/2026: I should give it one star, but the only saving grace is that the burgers we ordered were good. It took 20 minutes for someone to take our order, even though the restaurant wasn't full. There were three servers, one of whom was just standing around, following the manager everywhere or watching her colleagues run around. After they took our order and we asked them to replace a dirty glass and knife, we waited another 20 minutes for three burgers. For obvious reasons, we didn't order dessert. Avoid this place unless you enjoy waiting while watching the staff wander around aimlessly or seeing how dirty the floor, cutlery, and glasses are. We won't be back.

29/09/2026: Excellent spot in the center of Gérardmer! €17.90 for a set lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert). Warm and friendly service! Don't hesitate!

19/09/2026: We were delighted by the warm welcome, the incredibly friendly and smiling staff, and the quality of the food. The salads were exceptionally fresh and beautifully composed. The desserts were excellent, generous, and well-presented. We highly recommend this place.

05/09/2026: Disgusting!! Management is taking us for fools!! False advertising! On the Friday before the Braderie, so fewer people around, we ordered 3 chickens with Maroilles cheese for €17.50 = cheap, battery-farmed chicken breast with absolutely no taste, cooked in water...😳 not even grilled and covered in a béchamel sauce with 1 gram of Maroilles cheese in it. So, not even Maroilles sauce for Lille! False advertising! They're taking the people of Lille and tourists for fools! Go somewhere else

05/10/2026: We came for a family meal yesterday (about twenty people). We were very disappointed by the service, which was clearly lacking in efficiency and friendliness. There was only one waitress who smiled; the others were cold and snapped at us as soon as we asked a question. We had to wait an hour before our drinks were served (not to mention the meal, for which we had to wait an hour to order, then another 45 minutes to receive it). They never once came to ask how we were enjoying the meal, or to refill our bread or water. The food was good, but not excellent. The desserts also took a long time to arrive. At the end, some of the ten or so coffees that were served were missing, and we had to ask for them. When I asked if I could have a doggy bag for the dish I couldn't finish (a very generous portion, more suited to two people), the waitress handed me the box and asked me to do it myself... I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant if you want to spend a pleasant time with your family with a team of smiling and pleasant professionals because that is not at all what you will find here.

12/09/2026: It's a shame that several times (weekdays and weekends) I go to the bakery around teatime (about 4-5 pm) and there are no more croissants or pain au chocolat – these are basic pastries, after all. One of the employees told me that the croissants are sold out before noon. For a bakery that closes at 8 pm, running out of croissants eight hours before closing time is a problem. You need to review your production quantities.

09/09/2026: The croissants were delicious, although a bit too greasy. I had a quiche Lorraine which was very good; however, I think it contained chicken and ham (both cooked and smoked), which isn't really what a quiche Lorraine is supposed to be, but it was still very good.

15/07/2026: A very pleasant lunch break on the terrace. Warm service. Carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients. An excellent lunch.

26/04/2026: Excellent Asian caterer. I've been a neighbor for 10 years and have never had a problem. The menu is varied and the quality is excellent. The chef has been outstanding for a long time. Friendly and always impeccably clean. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant meal.
