12/09/2026: Great bar, good atmosphere, and lots of good beer of all kinds. Personally, I love their Genesis. The food is a bit pricey but not excessively so (and the salads are definitely worth it, I highly recommend them). The pints aren't too expensive and are generously filled. The different rooms are a real plus when you come in a large group. Special mention to Mathéo who looked after our table with a smile and jokes!
I'll be back.

The young owners are friendly and the establishment is clean.
Only the acoustics of the dining room could perhaps be improved. The smooth walls and ceilings, as well as the tiled floor, create a strong reverberation, and when the restaurant is crowded, it gets quite noisy. But that's just a minor point.

Reservations are essential during peak season.
The concept is to keep the menu a secret, as it's created using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The owners are accommodating to dietary restrictions and offer wine pairings for each course—a very thoughtful touch.
Highly recommended.

Everything was delicious from start to finish, and you could taste the passion behind every dish. A truly beautiful experience, worthy of a Michelin star, that delighted us with every bite. 04/09/2026: Came for lunch and was initially disappointed to discover that most of what we wanted to order was not offered at lunch time. But then I ended up having the most amazing burrata-strawberry salad! Now I can’t wait to go back for both lunch and dinner sometime!

17/09/2026: I've made it a habit, when leaving Bordeaux to return home near Nîmes, to stop at this shop to buy some canelés and sometimes other canelé-based specialties they make. The shop is conveniently located near the ring road, very practical for a quick detour. What's more, the staff are very welcoming and the canelés are delicious.

The meat comes from their own farm.
They brew their own beer, and all their dishes and desserts are homemade: a real treat!

A beautiful dining room awaited us.
The menus were perfect.
