Fresh, beautifully presented ingredients and flavors that transport you with every bite. We had a fantastic time and will gladly return on our next visit to Saint-Malo. Thank you to the whole team!

Everything was perfect: all the beautifully presented dishes were delicious, and the staff were very pleasant (attentive but not stuffy), allowing us to fully enjoy the evening. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch... the candle in my husband's and my desserts. L'Etincelle is a reliable choice that I highly recommend.

17/10/2026: Good meal, excellent menu, top-notch terrine, superb pulled duck burger, and the lemon trompe l'oeil – keep it up! It's a shame some customers act like they own the place. My thoughts are with the waiters and waitresses who have to deal with this kind of clientele.

17/09/2026: I've made it a habit, when leaving Bordeaux to return home near Nîmes, to stop at this shop to buy some canelés and sometimes other canelé-based specialties they make. The shop is conveniently located near the ring road, very practical for a quick detour. What's more, the staff are very welcoming and the canelés are delicious.
