29/05/2026: Second and last time at this McDonald's!! The first time I got sick... And tonight I hope not, but it was another disgrace. The burger was cold, the cheese wasn't melted despite two requests, and the fries were undercooked and unsalted. A disgrace!! And let's not even talk about the unpleasant and disrespectful staff... Horrible!!!

29/05/2026: I came once before and honestly, everything was perfect: fast service, well-cooked food, nothing to complain about. They just forgot the Chinese and deluxe sauces in my order, but that can happen. However, I came back today and again the service was good, except the fries were really undercooked… It's a shame because at the price of the set menus, you expect your food to be cooked properly and your order to be complete. Please pay a little more attention to these details.

02/07/2026: We waited foods almost for 50mins. and unfortunately the nachos we got for free in the beginning was the most delicious. If this is real mexican foods, im really disappointed.

02/11/2025: Reservation made 15 days in advance via TheFork app. We requested confirmation of our reservation at 8:00 AM for lunch that same day, then it was cancelled at 11:00 AM because the restaurant was closed! Seven people left stranded... We are not thanking you, TheFork...

01/11/2025: Disastrous reservation made a month in advance, group of 12 including 6 children. The restaurant owner cancelled the same day at 11:00 AM for a 2:00 PM lunch, via email… which arrived far too late. We were on a cultural outing. We found ourselves standing in the rain, all 12 of us, in front of a closed restaurant! Shameful! But turn around and go to the Indiana Café, where you'll be greeted with impeccable service.

19/05/2026: Delighted with our 2-night stay! We loved the decor, our room, and the breakfast! Special mention goes to the kindness of the staff and management, who were smiling and welcoming from morning till night. We had a fantastic view of the harbor. It's everything you could want in a place where you feel right at home.

16/05/2026: Very disappointed by the owner's reaction, who made inappropriate remarks to the customer. She acted in bad faith. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

26/05/2026: Good Japanese food with some dishes that are a nice change from the usual sushi/skewers. Quick service and very reasonable prices.

30/04/2026: Unacceptable experience. Cold and disrespectful welcome, but above all, alarming hygiene conditions. I saw an employee scratching his hair, handling money, and then touching food without any care. This is unacceptable in an establishment that serves food. I left immediately. Avoid this place until basic hygiene rules are respected.

29/06/2026: We tried to eat there on June 27th. The waiters moved us to different tables three times, only to finally serve us hot cocktails without ice and low-quality food. The staff was unpleasant, except for one young student who was sorry about our experience. In short, it was so bad that we had to eat somewhere else.

28/06/2026: Passing through Blois with friends, we decided to stop for a drink and some ice cream. We sat wherever we could find a table that hadn't been cleared. The waitress, who wasn't at all friendly, asked us to pass her our glasses when she could have gone around and cleared them herself. She also hadn't cleaned the tables. When our ice cream order arrived, it was practically melted. The wait was also very long. I was very disappointed with this place, which otherwise seemed pleasant on this pretty square. I don't recommend it.

28/06/2026: A whole chapter of Châteauroux's history is held within this café, which has been taken over and beautifully renovated. A true institution and showcase of downtown Châteauroux, the food is very good, even if a little pricey at times. The terrace is THE place to go to see and be seen in our beloved city. New in June 2026: a Brunch menu has been introduced at the end of June 2026 (see photo), well done!

26/06/2026: Very disappointed, even though the service was efficient. The fries were white despite our two orders being placed 10 minutes apart. The terrace was dirty, tables weren't cleaned, and bins were left open. The worst part was the toilets: the hygiene was appalling!

26/06/2026: So many mistakes and so much nonchalance, and no response from customer service. Exhausting.

08/07/2026: I'm vegan, and the menu offered a vegetarian poke bowl with an egg. The young waiter asked the chef what he could substitute for the egg. The chef clearly knew his craft, as he prepared tofu, which is rich in plant-based protein. It was a beautifully presented dish. My husband ordered the fish with small new potatoes and ratatouille. Everything was cooked with fresh ingredients, not frozen! When I see the nasty and unjustified comments, I wonder what these people eat at home every day. The staff was friendly and pleasant, and the young waiter was very attentive.

20/06/2026: The presentation is all about appearance; the dishes are well-executed. Unfortunately, that's where the appeal ends. The tuna was extremely dry, with telltale white streaks, clearly microwaved. The supposedly rhubarb dessert was visually appealing but overly sweet, lacking any real flavor... and no rhubarb at all. This restaurant is for taking photos for Facebook, not for lunch. The price doesn't reflect the quality of the food.

23/04/2026: They made a mistake with the order. The taco was bad and tasted like vomit. The kebab wasn't good either; the chicken wasn't even cooked. I strongly advise against going there. Sincerely

12/04/2026: Good kebab, but no, we ordered at 8:10pm (seen on the phone of course), we waited until 8:50pm... nobody passed in front of you.
