14/03/2026: We enjoyed the restaurant and it felt like a local spot versus something touristy. The creme brûlée was amazing. The French onion soup was delicious. My husband loved his fried cheese. The gnocchi was great. I ordered the boeuf bourguignon and thought that it was good, not not exceptional. The meat didn’t fall off or melt in your mouth and there were some fatty tough pieces.

10/03/2026: Came here after the museum nearby. The food was fine, but they asked me for a tip. I felt a little weird, asked them "how much do people tip in Paris?" - waitor blew his mouth and said something super vague. So I tipped 15%. And later I found out later that you don't typically tip in France. Felt like they were abusing cultural habits of people elsewhere :(

22/02/2026: We came on a Saturday night without a reservation and were pleasantly surprised! The pizza 🍕, tiramisu, and cocktails 🍸 were all delicious. Everything was fantastic, and we'll definitely be back because the menu has so many options. Great atmosphere, lovely decor, and the waiters/waitresses were very friendly.

21/02/2026: Reservation for 6 made online the day before, proof available on the phone. We arrived on time, but upon arrival outside, we were immediately told to stop, claiming they had no record of the reservation and implying we must have made a mistake, even though they had the confirmation email right in front of them... "Come back for the next service at 2 PM, no thanks."

28/02/2026: An affordable bar with really great decor. Decorated with urban furniture. The problem is that it's incredibly noisy. It's impossible to have any kind of conversation with friends without having to shout like you're in a nightclub...

20/03/2026: A wonderful experience. The servers were attentive. All the dishes were delicious, refined, and sophisticated. It was the first time I'd ever had Jerusalem artichoke for dessert, and the pairings were excellent. We will gladly return to this restaurant and believe it deserves a Michelin star, especially compared to other starred establishments in the region.

Each dish reveals a mastery worthy of a great chef: precise flavors, bold yet perfectly balanced combinations, and impeccable execution. You can feel the genuine passion behind every plate. The service, meanwhile, borders on perfection. Attentive without being intrusive, professional yet warm, it accompanies the meal with rare fluidity. The setting adds to the magic: a pleasant, elegant space where you immediately feel at ease. In short, Édulis offers a gastronomic experience that clearly deserves to be recognized at the highest level. A Michelin star would be only fair for an establishment of such quality.

18/03/2026: Second visit in less than 6 months. Where has the quality gone in 6 months? The 4-flavor pizza (€23) turned out to be shavings of mortadella and spicy salami. Guaranteed shrinkage. I'm not asking for a gargantuan pizza, I just want to be able to identify what I'm eating so I can assess the quality of the ingredients.
