21/09/2026: We arrived for a drink around 6:45 pm, but were not shown to a seat. Then, 30 minutes later, we saw the shutters come down without a thank you or goodbye, so we had to leave our drinks on the table, with about ten people still on the terrace.

27/09/2026: Came on Saturday, September 26th in the evening around 9pm, for a takeaway meal for two. I decided to pay in cash. The order total was €45.75. I gave the person at the counter (a fairly tall man) five €10 bills to settle the amount, and he asked for the remaining €5.75. Since I was with someone, I didn't pay attention and gave him the extra amount because I figured a counting error could happen (mistakes do happen). My companion didn't ask for the receipt, but as I stepped away from the counter, I counted the number of bills I had left (knowing I had €100 in cash in €10 bills), and I realized there was more than half the amount, so €50. I went back to the counter to ask for my order receipt, and they asked me to wait while they found it, or some other excuse they gave me. Meanwhile, my companion went to the restroom and found it completely filthy... (I'm starting to understand why train stations...) SNCF (the French National Railways) charges for the toilets (at least theirs are always clean...). Having ordered takeout and ice cream for dessert, and not living in the next town over, we decided to go home to eat our meal. We asked to pick up our order, which had been ready for a few minutes, while waiting for the receipt that never came back... When we got home and it was time for dessert, which was separate from the rest of the hot food order (I feel I should point that out), I found a French fry in my dessert... I have absolutely no idea how it got there, considering the French fry and ice cream sections aren't kept in the same place in the kitchen, so... All of this combined is really a lot for a single order: a waiter at the counter pocketing a €10 tip all by himself, taking advantage of people's carelessness, filthy toilets, and finding French fries in ice cream. It's unacceptable!! I'm never going back there, avoid it at all costs!! And a word of advice: if you do go and pay in cash, make sure you remember the exact amount to pay at the machine (take a picture of it because apart from the receipt with your order number, you won't get anything else at the machine) and carefully count the number of bills and the amount you give to the person at the counter, otherwise they'll steal money right under your nose!!

23/10/2026: Okay, it's not haute cuisine, but there's enough to satisfy my two children, and for €35 with unlimited hot and cold drinks too, I've never seen anything like it.

22/10/2026: AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT! The food was questionable, cold, and tasteless, making me sick. The staff, both cooks and servers, were unpleasant and didn't meet customer expectations. The chefs didn't cook the meat the way customers wanted it; it was cold, and the cooking times were inconsistent. In short, I strongly advise against setting foot in this mediocre establishment. Don't waste your money on such a business.

17/10/2026: A raspberry tart that was still frozen, which is a bit of a nuisance when you're having breakfast. Prices have become excessive compared to the quality of the products. And now you have to make your own coffee. In short, I don't recommend it at all. You can find much better elsewhere.

16/10/2026: Shameful! Since the renovations, the new owner no longer accepts restaurant vouchers. In these times of reduced purchasing power, it's truly shameful. I used to go there several times a week, but I won't be going anymore.

09/09/2026: Excellent experience. The crispy chicken was delicious, as were the truffle-infused eggs. The service and atmosphere were very pleasant.

18/10/2026: I've never seen such a great restaurant! Everything is so well thought out! The dining room and terrace downstairs are just as lovely upstairs. You have a view into the kitchen, which is spotless, and the chef clearly takes his job seriously, preparing generous and delicious dishes. 👌 The servers are also very friendly and not pushy at all. The restrooms are very clean and accessible for everyone, which is a real plus.

18/08/2026: I had no desire to queue at Bouillon Chartier, and what a pleasant surprise! No wait, a warm welcome, and delicious, generous portions. And the price? Unbeatable! €19.50 for a starter, main course, and dessert. I highly recommend it.

12/08/2026: A fantastic discovery by chance. The chicken dish is excellent. I've rarely tasted such a good terrine!

18/09/2026: Drawback: Things have changed a lot since they moved to the new location (putting customers on hold to take all orders and extremely long wait times). If they can't manage everything, they need to hire receptionists to handle the calls and orders. Advantage: Good food and friendly staff.

04/06/2026: We had the pleasure of staying at Mas de Cure Bourse for our wedding anniversary. It was a stay filled with sweetness, romance, and delicacy... nestled in nature, like a refuge in the heart of Provence, a haven of peace... Our room was decorated with great care, a total immersion in Provence with the charm of a building whose history is respected and shared... ideal for daydreaming, a comfortable, peaceful, and restful cocoon. The atmosphere and Provençal style of the place transport you to another time, poetic and rejuvenating. You fall asleep and wake up to birdsong, the gentle rustling of the wind in the plane trees, and the fragrance of roses and wisteria on the terrace accompany your meals... and on cooler evenings, a charming restaurant awaits you with its magnificent fireplace and warm tones... when the weather doesn't permit you to stay on the terrace... We were welcomed by a smiling, friendly, and efficient team. They were calm and discreet, and they wanted to make our stay memorable with numerous thoughtful touches and helpful advice, particularly regarding places to visit in the region and the hotel's services... all to meet our expectations and every need. As for the restaurant, it was exceptional, a delight for the taste buds, with service of a quality worthy of a Michelin star... (and we were married in a Michelin-starred restaurant... so our judgment is not inaccurate...). The enticing and colorful dishes served were succulent, sophisticated, and a true poetry resided on each plate. An awakening of the senses and flavors, enough to awaken your taste buds... And above all, the Chef and his team's desire to showcase local produce and seasonal dishes; so much so that we tasted all the dishes on the "Seasonal Menu." Thank you to the entire Chef's team. Finally, if you are looking for a delightful and soothing Provençal interlude, a romantic getaway, don't hesitate to stop by this former 18th-century coaching inn, where Mrs. Bajolle's team will welcome you with great kindness and professionalism.

03/06/2026: Don't expect the refined and generous cuisine promised by the websites. The service was adequate and pleasant. The dishes were nicely presented but bland and tasteless, lacking any real flair. And incredibly expensive, too. When I expressed my disappointment while paying, I received no response. The setting is idyllic but unpretentious. I am extremely disappointed; it ruined my birthday. I left a message when making the reservation to mention it was my husband's birthday and our 20th anniversary, but we received no special attention whatsoever.

18/01/2026: The food is very good, but not all the servers are smiling, except for the youngest one. Don't hesitate to make a reservation!

21/12/2025: I was quite disappointed with this restaurant. The initial welcome was good, but the food was bland and of poor quality. The restaurant recycles leftover sauces from other customers. I found a French fry in my sauce even though we didn't have any on our table. The waiter was aggressive, and the owner offered no apology or compensation, even though I ate from someone else's sauce… The portion sizes varied wildly for the price. Frankly, they need to go back to basics in the restaurant business and customer service.

21/06/2026: Quite disappointed. This was our fourth time eating at this restaurant, which we usually enjoy, and frankly, we were quite let down. They advertised shredded beef, but the meat was rather tough and didn't shred at all. 😔😔

13/08/2026: Overall, the hotel was decent, and the breakfast was excellent. I didn't try lunch or dinner, so I can't comment on the food. The woman who greeted us was a bit nonchalant, but overall it was fine. The hotel is divided in two by a busy road, which is worth noting because we could hear the noise in our room, even though we had booked a fairly expensive room.

31/07/2026: I had the pleasure of savoring the salmon tartare, followed by the delicious and generous chicken ballotine with gnocchetti, and finished with my favorite blueberry tart. As always, I was warmly welcomed by our sparkling Maryse, a key figure in the restaurant, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this beautiful, flower-filled establishment, with its air-conditioned and elegantly decorated dining room, and the virtuoso dishes prepared by the family. Thank you for existing!
