24/07/2026: The welcome at Restaurant Chez Carles, Chartreuse is truly warm; what I remember is that the quality is definitely there despite a large number of customers.

07/04/2026: Unfortunately, we will not be able to come to your restaurant. The reason is simple: motorhomes are not accommodated fairly. The pitch is sloping, cluttered with branches, and the area looks more like an abandoned space than a place designed to welcome customers. Furthermore, motorhome owners are not travelers and should not be treated as such. This is not the first time we have encountered this situation, which makes it all the more regrettable. We would have liked to stop at your establishment, but under these circumstances, we prefer to move on. Sincerely.

Nothing was fresh, an hour's wait between courses, a terrine that looked like dog food, my children ordered pasta bolognese, but it was downright shameful—the pasta wasn't fresh, stuck together, and tasted like leftover lemon from the lunch service. In short, all that for 208 euros. As a regular at La Potence, where the prices are similar or even higher, I can tell you it's like night and day. Little Thierry, you've seen me, well, you won't see me again. A disgraceful restaurant for those kinds of prices.

23/09/2026: Extremely disappointed with the pizza. The specialty, Bolognese pizza, was mega thin, very dry, with no toppings, just a brushful of ketchup and a few pieces of dry, bland minced meat. It got worse and worse, plus there was a mistake with the order and they had to redo it haphazardly.

17/10/2026: ⭐ Very bad experience at Nico Pizza at the Reptiliades food festival in Nîmes A huge disappointment with the Nico Pizza truck at the Reptiliades food festival in Nîmes. The quality of the pizzas was frankly disappointing: the crust was so thin it was almost like a sheet of paper, and the quality-to-quantity ratio absolutely did not justify the prices. The freshness of the ingredients also raises serious doubts. After eating their pizzas, I experienced severe stomach pain, vomiting, and diarrhea due to food poisoning. It was a particularly unpleasant experience, which I shared with my partner, who also suffered from these symptoms, and which inevitably raises questions about the storage and freshness of the ingredients. Another very worrying point: the hygiene practices observed. I saw employees go outside for a smoke and then resume their work without washing their hands, and there were no hairnets. These practices seemed far from the hygiene standards expected in the food service industry. Finally, the prices are far too high considering the quality and quantity offered. When you charge such prices, you have the right to expect quality products, careful preparation, and impeccable hygiene. In short: a very disappointing experience, both in terms of the quality of the pizzas and the hygiene practices observed, as well as the value for money. I do not recommend this experience in its current state and I sincerely hope that these points will be taken seriously and improved.

14/08/2026: We were here for the lunch menu. The two of us shared a starter and a dessert, each ordering Pad Thai. Everything tasted wonderful! The mango sticky rice, in particular, was absolutely delicious and authentic! Incredibly good value for money!

17/07/2026: Very disappointing. The portions are extremely small for the price. €8 for a Thai tea, but the cup was only half full. The tofu main dish cost €20+, but the portion was only about the size of a woman’s fist. I’ve never seen such a small main dish at this price. When I asked about it, the staff said that “French people have small appetites.” That is not a reasonable explanation. Even by European standards, this portion size is unbelievably small. The food is overpriced, and the value for money is very poor. I would not recommend this restaurant.
