07/10/2026: It was truly a wonderful experience. I had never eaten a soufflé before, and what better place than a restaurant called Le Soufflé to try one? For my starter, I had a cheese and ham soufflé, which was very good; for my main course, the Burgundy soufflé, which was excellent; and for my main course, a rhubarb and raspberry soufflé, which was exquisite—one of the best things I've had in a long time. Everything was delicious, and my parents loved their meals too. Not to mention that all the servers were kind, efficient, and helpful. I absolutely loved my experience and highly recommend Le Soufflé to everyone! You won't regret it!

07/10/2026: If there was one absolutely perfect meal on our 8-day trip to Paris, it was this one. We had never tried a soufflé before, so we chose the cheese soufflé, the simplest of the savory ones, with no other additions. It was a revelation: incredibly delicate, light, perfectly made, and with a texture that surprised us immensely. For dessert, we ordered a Grand Marnier soufflé to share. They served it by pouring the liqueur directly over the soufflé and then left the bottle of Grand Marnier on the table. An unexpected and quite generous touch. The restaurant has that classic Parisian feel that perfectly complements its cuisine, and the service was also impeccable. I can't find a single fault. Food, ambiance, and service: 10/10. One of those meals you'll remember long after.

27/10/2026: I first visited this restaurant two years ago in the spring when I stayed at a hotel near it. Since then, I've visited Paris four times, and each time I've looked forward to having pizza at this restaurant. This time, I think it was probably my seventh or eighth visit. Up until now, the staff have always made conversation about Japan, sharing stories about their own visits there, and they've given me lots of advice on pizza selection, making my meals very enjoyable. This time, we visited on October 26th, right after they opened. A young man served us for the first time, and although we don't drink alcohol in the middle of the day as we're looking forward to walking around Paris, he kept urging us to order wine. Up until now, we've always ordered soft drinks like Coca-Cola, but this time, for the first time, we asked for free water. However, he said, "We only have bottled Evian water. There's no free water." So, reluctantly, we ordered a large bottle of water for €7, pizza, and a salad. After that, several customers who seemed to be locals came in, and each time, the staff first brought out a bottle of chilled water before taking their order. From our perspective, the water bottle had no label and looked like it was being offered as a complimentary service. I apologize if I'm mistaken, but since then, we've visited several other restaurants and cafes, and every place has offered us free water. Does this restaurant really not offer free water? I'd appreciate it if you could tell me. In Japan, it's common for water and tea to be offered free of charge, but this is Paris, so it might be different. However, since all the other customers were given unlabeled water, I was puzzled.

25/10/2026: Isabella was wonderful to us. The pizza was delicious and very reasonably priced. We'll be back!
