08/10/2026: By far the best Lebanese restaurant in Toulouse. Refined, fresh, and generous cuisine. A family-run establishment, with the mother in the kitchen and the father serving, sometimes with their daughter. A clean and well-maintained restaurant, and above all, incredibly good food. And of course, the homemade desserts—the baklava is simply divine! Enjoy your meal.

24/09/2026: Had dinner at Maison Blanche in Paris. The beef steak (pavé de rumsteck) unfortunately came out overcooked for my taste. The mussels with Roquefort cheese, on the other hand, were solid — good flavor, the cheese sauce paired nicely with the mussels without being overpowering. Bread basket was decent too, a nice accompaniment while waiting for the mains. The atmosphere has that classic French bistro feel with red-and-white checkered tablecloths, casual and cozy. Overall a mixed experience — mussels worth ordering, but I'd ask for the steak on the rarer side next time if you're picky about doneness.

19/10/2026: A wonderful discovery! The service is pleasant, and the staff are smiling. The dishes are delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented. The garnishes are elaborate, and the desserts are as beautiful as they are tasty. The prices are fair; our only regret is not having L'Olivade closer to home! Bravo to the entire team, both front and back of house; you can feel their desire to do things well and to please.
