04/03/2026: Review of the Spa. Disappointed, many details that don't justify the price. I hope that after the renovations all this will be resolved and that the feedback is taken into account. The changing rooms are disastrous: one individual changing room (I had to change in the toilets, so much for hygiene!) and one shower. Otherwise, there are gendered communal changing rooms, very, very small, with doors that don't close, even though the men's changing room is right across the street. Given the price, I expected to find only individual changing rooms. Outdoor pool: along the walls, there was rust or mold, I don't know, but it was visible through the water. Six of the water jets in the whirlpool were not working, and the same was true for the foot bath. There were no signs indicating it was out of order, nor any information at reception (we spent a little while looking for buttons). The sensory shower was an unpleasant experience, and there were no explanations on how the water jets worked. No one at reception mentioned any activities; there was just a single sign in the wellness area, which I only saw later at reception. It was cold in the relaxation room where you can read or listen to music, so it was unpleasant in winter. The salt cave was very poorly insulated from outside noise, and you could hear the ventilation. It wasn't relaxing at all; it needed music or the sound of running water, like in a real cave. There also needed to be a system to indicate if a space was available because you can't see anything through the glass; you have to open the door, which is disturbing for those inside. Furthermore, I expected there to be a sign to at least partially conceal the construction work; in terms of privacy, there are better options. Positive points: The setting is truly magnificent, the meal is worth the price, but the wait was very long, the outdoor hot tub with its sublime view and the relaxation room just above it. The number of customers allowed is just right. At the end, when paying, I would have appreciated being asked how everything went. For me, it's worth €80 (with the meal costing €40), so I got my money's worth. I didn't find the premium experience I was expecting.

02/03/2026: Incredible place... perfect welcome, sublime spa. The only slight drawback was the construction site next door where they were working even on Sundays. Excellent meal and perfect service. Special mention for the dessert and the service.

The equipment was ready when we arrived, and they even went out of their way to get a specific pair of shoes to meet our needs. The equipment is of very high quality. Thank you again to the whole team for their efficiency and kindness. The service is truly top-notch, and they always put a smile on your face! Every year, they confirm more and more that renting my equipment here again is the best idea ever!

24/12/2025: A fantastic lunch spot in Aix! The ingredients are fresh, top quality, and everything is clearly homemade. You can tell from the sandwiches to the daily specials. The desserts are delicious too! The value for money is excellent, especially for Aix-en-Provence. Simple atmosphere, friendly and efficient service. A place where you'll eat well and return without hesitation!

Thank you to Gérald and his team for the delicious hot dishes 😋 and the lovely surprise for dessert. My guilty pleasure when I come here is the eggs with Epoisses cream – absolutely divine ❤️🥰. We were surprised to be served by Dylan, our neighbor, and Nina – we didn't know they worked at Au Clos – what a lovely surprise 🤣. Thank you all. 15/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at Clos Napoléon. Seated in the upstairs dining room, we enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere that allowed us to savor an exceptional Burgundian meal. The servers were particularly kind and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend it.
