02/09/2026: I order delivery from them once or twice a week. Until now, I was very satisfied, but since August, the quality and quantity have plummeted. The portion of rice is half the size, the pickles are less fresh, and the chicken (regular or Katsu) is cooked completely differently than I'm used to. These issues need to be addressed.

10/09/2026: A shameful experience. We were all adults, well-dressed, and had our ID cards, but were refused entry without any valid explanation. Strangely, the Arab members of our group were singled out by the bouncers, while others walked in without any trouble, backpacks and all. This is clearly not the first time. If you're looking for a place where entry depends on your background rather than the advertised rules, this is the place for you. Avoid at all costs.

15/10/2026: The saleswomen were incredibly unpleasant; we were practically yelled at when we went to the checkout, and it wasn't the first time. This is a bakery I've frequented regularly for years, but today was the last time!

20/10/2026: So I came to celebrate a birthday, and overall it was good. I found there were fewer choices compared to other wok restaurants, and the staff wasn't very welcoming. But the worst part was how closely they watched our plates to see if there was any waste; we felt observed. It's a real shame. Otherwise, if you're looking for a small, inexpensive restaurant with good prices, don't hesitate.

08/10/2026: A pretty good all-you-can-eat buffet, probably not the best, but the servers are friendly and the food is plentiful and tasty enough to make you want to go back.

21/07/2026: Very bad experience on July 20, 2026 Upon arrival, we were greeted by saleswomen who were visibly annoyed and particularly cold. No greeting, no smile, and an attitude that clearly gave the impression that our presence bothered them. They were obviously in a hurry to serve us and didn't even give us time to choose our items at our leisure, which was very unpleasant. A minimum of politeness, patience, and professionalism is the foundation of any business. Customers should never feel like they are bothering anyone or being rushed through. It's important to remember that customers are what keep a business afloat. With such an unwelcoming reception, it's difficult to want to return. A very disappointing experience; I will not be back. Avoid at all costs!

01/08/2026: A huge disappointment We had known Napoli for a long time and had happily returned, but we were very disappointed. There were five of us, including a child. The welcome was a bit cold at first, then more pleasant later on. As for the food, a general disappointment: the carbonara on the children's menu was very "French," and the pasta didn't seem homemade. The pizzas were also disappointing, with industrial dough, a sloppy presentation, and bland flavors. For a pizza suggested by the pizza chef, the absence of arugula wasn't really compensated for: mortadella and parmesan were used instead, resulting in an unbalanced and overly salty dish. The San Giorgio salad was also unappetizing, with large pieces of chicken simply placed on top and a careless presentation. The overall impression was of industrial products and a lack of homemade quality, far from what we remembered. We're hoping for an off day, but unfortunately, we're not tempted to return.

08/07/2026: We had a lovely time with our family at this establishment. Parking is available on the street, with a fee except between 12:00 and 14:00. The welcome was impeccable, and the service flawless. The dishes were well-prepared and delicious. The menu offered enough variety to satisfy even the most indecisive diners. A place to remember.

We had good food but very slow service and despite asking to place our order several times we had to wait 40 minutes before ordering. Lovely location in middle of the action.

04/10/2026: We went to eat there on a Saturday night, and everything was good except for the noodles, which were way overcooked—a shame. That evening, the person in charge of the wok station wasn't friendly at all. He took the plates, did his job, and threw them on the counter without a word; it was a very cold attitude. Otherwise, the rest of the staff was very friendly. I still recommend this restaurant, which remains of good quality.

03/10/2026: A very popular restaurant with a huge buffet and excellent value for money. At €17.90 on Saturday at lunchtime, including drinks and coffee, it's hard to find a better deal. However, we found the quality rather average. I tried several things: shrimp, sushi, stuffed shells, sweet and sour shrimp with rice… nothing really impressed me. I would have liked to try the wok, but there were about 25 people in line. The restaurant was also very noisy and packed to the last table. That said, the person whose birthday we were celebrating enjoyed it, so it was a success. It's a great place primarily for its selection, quantity, and price.
