03/08/2026: I was very disappointed by the service I received. When I asked to use the restroom, the waitress asked me if I was ordering anything. I honestly replied that I wasn't. She then told me, in a rather unwelcoming tone, to read the sign right in front of me stating that the restrooms were reserved for customers. I completely understand that an establishment might reserve its restrooms for its customers. However, the way this was said to me lacked courtesy and consideration. I simply replied, "No thanks, that's fine," and left. What's a shame is that I used to come here occasionally for a drink. After this reception and this refusal, I have absolutely no desire to go back. Rules are one thing, but the way people are treated is quite another. Just a few meters away, a small Asian restaurant greeted me with a smile and very kindly opened its doors to allow me to use the restroom, without any discussion or negotiation. This difference in attitude speaks volumes about their sense of hospitality and service. Unfortunately, that's what I'll remember most about this experience.

26/08/2026: Had a delicious meal at this restaurant next to the campsite. Great service! The brochette, the mussels, entrecote, fish and chips, and almost all the desserts were delicious.

24/08/2026: Great restaurant on the banks of the Loire, top-notch and friendly staff, and really good food, worth discovering.

26/09/2026: We arrived a little late and there was limited choice at the buffets. The atmosphere was noisy and the decor was outdated. Minimal service.

05/10/2026: This place is well worth a visit; the view of Lake Bourget and Aix-les-Bains while enjoying one of the establishment's many specialties is magical! Authentic regional cuisine with authentic flavors!

04/10/2026: Hello, An interminable wait! Totally unbelievable! An hour's wait at the drive-thru and they only moved up three places?! A fast food restaurant???? Unbelievable! And when we asked the staff, the man just shrugged! As a result, we all turned around and left the drive-thru! It's incredible that a fast food restaurant can't manage a small number of customers like this!

04/10/2026: Honestly, there are a lot of employees in the restaurant. They're just awful, slow, and sluggish. After 45 minutes, we asked for a refund.

12/10/2026: Excellent restaurant! Fast and efficient service, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal! I highly recommend this Italian restaurant, ideally located on the commercial port.

27/09/2026: I don't really like red wine that's too room temperature, but otherwise the wine is good.

20/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome and the food was delicious. A real treat, everyone enjoyed it.

09/08/2026: Cash is not accepted. It's the customer's fault... according to the waitress! You have to bring a card... They don't have any change!!! The food isn't bad. The most expensive set menu is 20 Euros plus a drink. I'm from the region, but after such nonsense, I won't be back!! August 2026

09/06/2026: The sushi wasn't very good; I had a problem with my salmon sushi. I didn't really like the rest of the dishes I tried; they were a bit bland.

23/08/2026: The pizza dough is really, really thin; it feels like you haven't eaten much at all! It's a shame…

22/08/2026: I can understand that employees have instructions (if they are even real...) but watching a 75-year-old woman carry a 15-kilo gas cylinder without even helping her is inhumane!

17/08/2026: While passing through the Pau market, I was drawn to a stall proudly displaying "homemade spring rolls." The result: a wait of over 15 minutes just to have pre-cooked items reheated. The food itself was a real disappointment: spring rolls swimming in oil and practically empty (I've had much better frozen ones), and steamed dumplings reheated so many times they had the texture of cardboard. Nothing was right, neither the service nor the quality of the food. I left my plate full. I absolutely do not recommend it; just because the accent is nice doesn't mean the food will be good.

28/08/2026: Ordered via Uber Eats, a few slices of salmon for a Shirashi… Too expensive for the quality.

22/08/2026: The prices are very high and do not reflect the quality of the products. Disappointing.
