11/07/2026: We were very disappointed, especially since we had been here before and had made a reservation. The sculpture weekend doesn't justify a wait of almost two hours (the church bells can attest to that!!!) for two pizzas! Our Lambrusco unfortunately had time to warm up, and there was no ice bucket...only a few ice cubes. As a result, we didn't enjoy the pizzas, and sadly, we had to skip the ice cream sundae! We won't be stopping here again when traveling with the campervan...what a shame.

20/07/2026: We were very disappointed with our visit to this restaurant. The food was of very poor quality, and the portions were extremely small. Was there really 75g of rice in a €50 menu? I doubt it. Trying to talk to the owner didn't go well either. I rarely write such reviews, but this restaurant left much to be desired this weekend.

20/07/2026: Very good but expensive! I really enjoyed the well-prepared main course in sauce, but the side dish was just okay: the stir-fried noodles were a bit dry and, what's worse, had to be paid extra... (and it wouldn't have been enough without a side dish). I hadn't noticed when ordering that it was separate. The waiter offered me a side dish, and I thought it was included. The surprise wasn't pleasant when I got to the till and was asked for an extra €7.50 (€15 for two people) for a small bowl of plain, slightly dry noodles. So, €65 for two people (one adult and one child), for two main courses and only one shared starter (four spring rolls), without aperitifs, wine, or alcohol, and without dessert... I find that expensive!! And on top of that, you have to pay €1 for a doggy bag for the person who wants to take their leftovers home!! That's a lot of extra charges. Barr is a very pretty and perhaps posh town—I don't know—but I'll definitely pay more attention to that next time. I would have appreciated it if the side dish had been included (because otherwise the portion was too small), or if the waiter had mentioned it, or if the owner had offered some kind of compensation.

14/07/2026: The portion was far too small for the price; our orders were given to us without bags, and they provided us with sauces that were at least two months past their expiration date.

19/07/2026: A very nice little restaurant in the heart of the city; we ate very well, and the service was impeccable.

18/07/2026: Good food! I had the pizza italienne and it was very good; very thin bottom and crunchy crust. And then, the Ice cream; home-made, and VERY tasty. We had after eight, praliné, lemon and raspberry. After eight had very much chocolate and fresh mint. Praline had nuts, lemon had lemon zest and raspberry is just raspberry. Prices are very cheap and there is a tarrace for the people who want to sit outside. So in conclusion: good food, service and highly recommended for people who like pizza and burgers.

21/07/2026: I came to pick up a package at this store and the experience was very disappointing, even appalling! Upon arrival, I noticed a strong smell of cannabis. I also saw people smoking inside, even though the establishment is supposed to be smoke-free. When I asked to collect my package, the manager or server told me he couldn't take care of it immediately because he was busy. However, there was no particular wait. I felt like my request wasn't being taken seriously. Later, he couldn't properly use the package collection terminal and told me that neither my package nor my name appeared in the system. So I left without being able to collect my package, which was supposedly delivered by DPD. Beyond this incident, I found the reception unprofessional and the customer service inadequate. Better organization and more attention to customers are, in my opinion, necessary. Sir, if for you working and being overwhelmed means serving Ricard to two regulars at the bar without taking other customers into consideration, then you should definitely change professions...

07/06/2026: One of the best places I know to pick up a package. Staff are always available and even insistent on helping me carry them to the car if they seem heavy (I'm not very young anymore), always friendly, even if the bar requires their attention, the wait is very short.

19/06/2026: I would describe my visit this evening as the most pleasant of your bakeries, the welcome and proactivity were top-notch despite an imminent closure.

The food is absolutely delicious, whether it's the burgers, pizzas, meat dishes, or anything else—it's all incredibly good. The desserts are just as good 🥰 Personally, I highly recommend the "spicy" burger. Please never take it away or change the recipe; it's so good! 🥰 You might think it's spicy from the name, but it's not spicy at all, or at least the chorizo ​​isn't strong. 🤗 The staff is super friendly. PS: The restrooms are spotless, and the baby changing facilities are great too. 👌

15/07/2026: Excellent meal at Patio Hamburger Angevin, top-notch! However, the head waiter didn't speak very well to the servers. It would be nice if they treated them better, please. His comments were bordering on insulting; this shouldn't happen anymore, especially not in front of customers.

13/07/2026: The omelets were ridiculously expensive, and the ingredients were frozen and tasteless. I'm completely disgusted at being ripped off like this. My wife ordered a vegetarian omelet gratin, and she didn't even finish it because it was so bland. I ordered their house specialty with four mushrooms, and the mushrooms were rubbery and tasteless. It was really bad. €30 for an omelet, and I'm still hungry! I'm completely disgusted with their business practices. Goodbye forever.

13/07/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience. The pizza tasted more like a tortilla than a real pizza, the vegetable soup wasn’t really a vegetable soup, and only the pasta was okay. When we politely told the staff that we didn’t like the pizza which we had barely touched, they simply argued with us and said, “It’s just your taste,” instead of trying to help. It’s not about the money it’s about the attitude. We left feeling frustrated, which is why we’re leaving this review.

25/07/2026: Visiting after the reopening of the tropical pavilion, we were disappointed: the focus has been placed on screens, small, medium, and very large. It was sad to see that pixelated fish on giant screens serve as an aquarium in the children's area... We saw everything in less than an hour and a half and regret that the ticket price remains so high for what it has become.

25/07/2026: One of the great aquariums of the world. However, there think they should advertise that a major hall is closed presently. This was very disappointing. It’s a huge complex and needs half a day **at least** to see it all. There is a very strong focus on education and one of the halls (Océanautes) is absolutely dedicated to educating children at primary school level. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a museum or wildlife centre as laser-focused on education. It is apparently very busy much of the day but if you get a two-day pass (Océan Pass) you can go in late on (say 4pm) and there are very few people there. One disappointment was the lack of English (or any foreign language books) for sale in the large shop: this surely is a missed commercial opportunity.
