20/05/2026: Hello, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the reception and behavior of the manager at your pickup point when I came to collect a package. After traveling several kilometers to collect my package, I arrived at your establishment around 1 p.m. Despite the very small number of customers present (a few people on the terrace and inside), the person there categorically refused to give me my package, claiming that pickups only began at 2 p.m. I calmly explained my situation and the trip I had made specifically for this purpose. His response was particularly unpleasant, unfriendly, and completely lacking in customer service. He simply told me that he wouldn't give me the package and that I could come back since the store was open until 10 p.m. Subsequently, I contacted him again by phone to find a solution for transferring the package to a pickup point closer to my home, and he gave me explanations that were both implausible and contradictory. I fully understand that a business has opening hours and a set schedule to follow. However, when business allows, a little flexibility, courtesy, and consideration for customers would be appreciated. Unfortunately, this behavior gives a very poor impression of your establishment and the service you offer. It is regrettable that a simple gesture of goodwill was refused with such ill will, especially since a satisfied customer is more likely to recommend a business, while a bad experience leaves a lasting negative impression. 01/06/2026: This pandas, the Champions League final, we went to eat there, well it was really bad. The fries weren't cooked, the kebab meat was hard, and we asked the waiter not to put tomatoes in our kebab. Hygiene was nonexistent. I advise you not to go there, thank you.

26/05/2026: Great kebab restaurant that deserves a good rating. They do a good job, I recommend them because the food is high quality, generous portions, and inexpensive.

14/06/2026: The establishment has been completely renovated and is brand new. The staff are fantastic, attentive to requests, very dedicated, and very welcoming. I highly recommend this excellent establishment.

03/04/2026: For truckers: Parking spaces along the road; I personally parked in the alcove 50 meters down on the right. No problems. Showers are great! The food is average; it's good but there's not much choice. I'm not a big eater, so it's fine for me. Friendly service.

07/07/2026: The service was a bit of a disaster, even though they weren't overwhelmed. I imagine it's a busy time of year, but that doesn't excuse a lack of hospitality. The mojito wasn't fresh at all; it looked like mashed potatoes. We told the waiter, who seemed skeptical. It was only after we insisted that they added a ton of ice cubes instead of remaking the cocktail with crushed ice, as the recipe calls for. For the price, it's unacceptable. You're better off moving on and going to a nicer bar than stopping at the one by the beach!

07/07/2026: I came for dinner with a friend on Sunday, July 5, 2026, and we had a wonderful time. We opted for mussels marinière with fries, which were simply delicious: high-quality ingredients, perfectly prepared, and excellent value for money. We enjoyed every bite, and it already makes me want to come back to try other dishes on the menu. A huge thank you also to Tamara, our server, who greatly contributed to making our meal so enjoyable. Always smiling, welcoming, attentive, and incredibly kind, she regularly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She took the time to chat with us in a very natural, cheerful, and sincere way, which made our meal even more enjoyable. You can immediately tell that Tamara loves her job and is passionate about it. Her professionalism, her dedication to service, her attentiveness to customers, and her cheerful disposition deserve to be recognized. Her warm welcome and kindness truly make you want to return. Thank you 🙏 to the entire team for the quality of the food and service, with a special mention to Tamara, who is a real asset to this restaurant. I will return with great pleasure and I recommend this restaurant in Carnac without hesitation, Vanessa Lugué.

27/05/2026: We were looking forward to enjoying breakfast at your establishment, but as the terrace was in full sun, we asked for the parasol on your lovely terrace to be opened a little. The waitress, who wasn't very friendly, categorically refused. We had come on Monday at the same time and had been very well received by the waiter on duty that day. What a shame!

21/07/2026: Very poorly received. Despite having my ID, I was refused entry, even though there were no problems at other casinos.

19/07/2026: The staff wasn't very welcoming, the gaming tables were overcrowded, and the dealers didn't manage anything. The toilets were disgusting. The location next to the train station and its crowds of intoxicated people doesn't help make this a pleasant place.

30/03/2026: The crepes are good, but the cashier is unpleasant and rude. We ordered our crepe and were yelled at by a disrespectful old woman. It's ridiculous... it's good and cheap...

19/03/2026: The lemon they use is awful, and the man with the glasses is absolutely unpleasant. Disgusting.

30/07/2026: We went to dinner at Mori on July 22nd to celebrate an important event and received a very poor welcome. Furthermore, the food was not at all worth the price.

29/09/2025: Very good and inexpensive, the Asian waiter is wonderful, always attentive and caring. Unfortunately, the buffet will be closed for renovations from September 22nd to 25th for approximately four months.

05/08/2026: I'M SHOCKED BY THE INCREDIBLE SAUCES! My older brother, who's a regular, took me there with my mom, and what's more, as soon as we arrived, we got compliments from the owner 😊 They gave us the best table, and honestly, I'm giving it 5 stars. I'm going there later; I can't wait!
