03/06/2026: Very disappointing for a four star hotel, do not recommend. Room is fine, but assigned to a room with no shower, just a tub! Furthermore, there is a ring of mold around the tub. No flexibility to change rooms. A/C barely working and Wifi is in and out. Pretty disappointing.

19/07/2026: After a bad experience last Sunday in Place de la Victoire, I wanted to get off the beaten track and we stumbled upon this little restaurant overlooking a small, very quiet and pleasant square. Far from the hustle and bustle of the main square… excellent value for money with a Lebanese tasting platter that was a 10/5! A real treat! We'll be back next Sunday! All this with simplicity and kindness… Thank you!

20/08/2026: Today, I was served by a waiter who didn't seem very friendly. He was constantly rushing me, and before even taking my order, he didn't notice me for about five minutes because he was on his phone. Even while he was serving me, he was looking down, apparently at his phone. The drink was prepared quickly, but even then he was on his phone, and instead of oat milk, I was given regular milk. I'm really disappointed. Otherwise, the Starbucks is good, the rest of the staff were friendly, and the air conditioning works very well.

09/08/2026: FAIDA served us with a big smile, and Quentin and WISSEM prepared delicious drinks for us, also with a smile. Top-notch staff! Go there! I highly recommend it!

10/10/2026: It's really good because it's good, well-prepared Indian food, traditional (vegetarian), they make a variety of dishes, and it's not too expensive. In the area, I'd say it's one of the main restaurants to go to because not all of them are as good, although I don't think they're bad, but they're not inedible either. If you like savory food, traditional cuisine, well-prepared dishes, and you have a sweet tooth, go there; I think you'll like it.

23/07/2026: A terrible experience. I bought a yule log that was supposed to be nearing its expiration date, but it was one day past its expiry date and should have been removed from the shelf. Then I also bought some verrines (small glass jars) that were supposedly nearing their expiration date but were four days past their expiry date. This is shameful. I've attached photos. I think it was the manager who came to our shopping cart and then left without a word. These verrines actually contain seafood, so I think this must be quite dangerous and could potentially poison people, but there was absolutely no reaction from the store.

08/09/2026: I came to this restaurant with my mom and we absolutely loved our experience! 😊 The staff is so welcoming, kind, and attentive. A big thank you to the waiter who kindly took the time to find us a table on the terrace; it was truly appreciated. And a special mention for the new waitress, who is just lovely! I really loved her cheerfulness, her sense of humor, and her energy. It's so nice to see such smiling and pleasant people. 🥰 Thank you to the whole team for this lovely time; we will definitely be back!

29/08/2026: The waiters were unfriendly, and one of them was even dressed in sweatpants, which was surprising. As a regular customer, I was taken aback. It makes me wonder if I'll return. What a shame.

18/08/2026: The guy at the register was nice enough, but the tacos were awful; the escalope was extremely dry. You charge crazy prices, at least make decent tacos!

16/08/2026: I stayed at the counter for at least 10 minutes, he still didn't take my order, he looked at me as if I had committed a crime, in short.

30/09/2026: I never leave comments unless absolutely necessary. In 2026, on Place Castellane, at a brasserie with a storefront, who could possibly offer decent service? We arrived at 1:30 PM and received a terrible welcome. A waitress harangued my mother twice, speaking rudely to her ("Whoa, oh, oh madam, I have a question..."). I had to put her in her place immediately. She needs to find another line of work! Unbelievable! What kind of place is this?! We left. Total disrespect. Not to mention the menu with exorbitant prices for... a Paulaner brasserie. Avoid this place; our Marseille is full of welcoming restaurants with impeccable service. It's a shame for our beautiful Place Castellane. Such a dreadful welcome and service should no longer exist. Let's hope the manager will take note and change things for current and future customers.

04/10/2026: ⭐️⭐️ Very disappointed with this experience. We booked this dinner cruise on the Seine hoping to have a lovely family evening. Unfortunately, we mostly felt like we had to pay extra for absolutely everything. A date change cost us €15 per person. We then asked to be seated by the windows to enjoy the view, and this cost us an additional €10 per person. This is quite difficult to understand when you realize that, in the end, the other passengers also had a view. But the most surprising thing was the dinner: no drinks were included in the menu, not even a simple bottle of water. And even the children's menu wasn't exempt from this policy. We can certainly understand that some services are offered as extras, but when you're already paying a certain amount for a dinner cruise, having to add more and more for such basic elements frankly gives the impression that the advertised price is just the beginning of the bill. The problem isn't simply paying: it's primarily the ratio between the final price and the service offered, which we found very disappointing. We left with the feeling of having paid a lot for an experience that should have been much more enjoyable and, above all, much more transparent. It's a shame, because the setting and the concept could truly be magnificent.

13/09/2026: It's a cafeteria-style kitchen, it's hot, there's no air conditioning, and they don't serve hot drinks. But the walk is nice and the view is beautiful.
