Well, we left, and the cockroach didn't seem to bother the staff at all; no compensation was offered... Avoid this place at all costs... The health inspectors need to come, and this establishment should be shut down.

19/09/2026: I've been incredibly sick since my lunch this Monday at L'Optimist - Tour du Monde in Larmor Plage. I can confirm the address. I was very disappointed with the welcome and service, and to top it all off, I got sick just two hours after my meal! I had to go to the doctor. Food poisoning... Shameful.

13/09/2026: Beautiful spot with a lovely view of the harbor. Pleasant service. Seaside cuisine; it's good but not exceptional. Considering the price and the view, it's acceptable.

01/10/2026: Ordered a Best Of Double Filet-O-Fish meal with medium fries. Fries were nowhere to be found, and the burger was soaked in Fanta. This McDonald's is getting worse and worse; the wait is already long, and now they're forgetting half of what's in the order.

21/09/2026: Always a classy choice to go and be at La Terrasse ☀️👏🍽🥂 One of the best restaurants in L'Isle-Adam in my opinion, even better when the weather is nice. Good vibes and atmosphere, discoveries, large space (even for dancing during themed evenings), fantastic menu (both drinks and food)! Thanks to their availability, attentiveness, and solutions, we were able to successfully complete our project. Thank you again for your help and professionalism.

25/09/2026: Don't exchange faulty phone cables while they're still charging. Because, as customer service stated, "even if fast charging is no longer supported, it still charges during testing, and the fast charging function isn't guaranteed." So the cable was sent for recycling. Buy your cables on Amazon instead; exchanges are hassle-free.

03/10/2026: The only negative point: the menu on the website was not up to date; for example, the pike-perch with sauerkraut was not on the restaurant menu.

21/08/2026: Advertised as open via Google, but after driving through the city, the doors were closed. What a shame.

29/09/2026: The current team is very pleasant. The introduction of reusable tableware and the clearing of tables are very much appreciated initiatives.

27/09/2026: Usually, everything goes smoothly, even if there are a few hiccups sometimes, but that can happen… But tonight, clearly, was the last straw: a wrap was forgotten, the ice creams were placed without their bases, and best of all, a long, beautiful hair was wedged right in the burger… Fantastic. Unfortunately, we only noticed all of this in the car and at home… Otherwise, we would have come to see you at the counter to work something out, rather than leaving such a review.

26/09/2026: An excellent Italian restaurant; my pizza was superb, and the service was very friendly and welcoming. It's well situated on a sunny terrace. Absolutely fantastic.

14/09/2026: A very good experience at this Italian restaurant; reasonable prices, a very good plate of homemade cheese-topped cannelloni and particularly pleasant service…I recommend it.

15/05/2026: Travelers Beware!!! As overlanders, we are sometimes prevented from arriving at our destinations due to bad weather, road closures, illness, mechanical breakdowns, accidents or pandemics. These are sometimes issues beyond our control, and so you would think that the property owner would be understanding, especially during a snowstorm that results in a road closure where the local police prevent motorcyclists from continuing their journey for safety reasons, which is understandable despite being extremely inconvenient. For the property owner to still charge for the room and then state that they don't control the weather, is extremely disrespectful and demonstrates a serious lack of empathy for their guests. So, to all you travelers out there...if you experience a problem on the road and are unable to arrive at this hotel, don't expect ANY sympathy whatsoever from the owner, who made the choice to not issue a refund, despite the lame intervention from booking.com. Too much greed in the world today!

23/04/2026: Excellent welcome. Very kind and helpful managers. They even found a solution for us to recharge our electric bikes there. Games for children. Warm and inviting restaurant.

28/08/2026: I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The dish I ordered arrived cold, which is really disappointing for a restaurant meal. Furthermore, I find the prices particularly high compared to the quality offered. €4.50 for a simple can of Coca-Cola is really excessive.

29/04/2026: They've changed the menu (fewer dishes, higher prices) – which is a real shame. And their portion of rice is only enough for a 3-year-old. Unfortunately, we won't be going back.
