26/07/2026: Inn located on the ascent to the Petit Ballon. The service is incredibly friendly, and the dishes feature local cheeses. The prices are more than reasonable, and the portions are generous. Thank you for the meal after a long day of hiking.

10/10/2026: On Sunday, September 27, 2026, around 3:00 PM, I was leaving the flea market to have a coffee at the nearby bar. I was confronted by a man who aggressively and rudely demanded directions to the restrooms, which was difficult for me as I didn't know the area. At one point, the owner bravely intervened to stop this man who clearly didn't understand the basic rules of civility in such situations. I thank you very much, Madam, for your Cambodian heritage, which you demonstrated with extraordinary empathy towards your customer, in calming this vile individual and getting him to leave the establishment, despite a torrent of insults. I will always remember your angelic face as a beautiful person. Next weekend, I will likely attend the "Traffic Jams of Nemours" demonstration. I will be sure to pay you a visit and commend your bravery once again. 05/10/2026: The price was too high for a small room where the bathroom wasn't separated, and there's hardly a smaller toilet room anywhere else. Furthermore, the cleanliness left something to be desired.

28/08/2026: We stayed there for a motorcycle trip. The service and breakfast were excellent. The rooms were fine and always clean. Unfortunately, the restaurant wasn't open every day, but there were alternatives in town.

11/08/2026: No, you're thirsty, you want a quiet place. Well, don't go there. You signal to the owner, he looks at you, smiles broadly, and leaves. After 20 minutes, no one comes to check on you. The only solution is to leave. Very unpleasant.

One of the team members, "Big Eric," will unfortunately be leaving soon and temporarily. The owner, Sebastien, is a huge football fan and a supporter of FC Metz, who recently lost two points at home against the world's greatest club, AS Saint-Étienne. 😍😍😉😉

07/09/2026: I've always bought their gougères from them; they were very good. The ones I ordered today were inedible, soaked in oil, tasteless, and not salty at all. This is the last time I'll order from them. I'm very disappointed by the decline in quality and expertise.

26/08/2026: Terrible pastry shop, the lady (probably the owner) was extremely rude and uninterested. €5 for a BURNED cake The icing on the cake: they don't accept card payments, so I asked for a receipt; have a laugh with the receipt (I've attached a photo 😂), the card is more attractive.

18/08/2026: A really cute little bakery, with delicious, generously sized cakes and a truly excellent service.
