17/10/2026: After living next to this McDonald's for seven years, my opinion has only improved (atmosphere, food, service, etc.). Tonight was truly perfect! - Late evening (11:30 PM) with a warm welcome and attentive service at the counter where my "concern" was addressed. - An understanding and responsive manager. So I had a hot, high-quality meal with excellent service, and thank you so much!!!

16/10/2026: This McDonald's is unpleasant; they should review their staff because it's a complete mess. They forget to put the sauces on, the fries are cold because it takes 15 minutes to serve them, and you ask for a Coke without ice, and they give you ice. It's better to go to the competitor, Quick; they're more helpful.

30/08/2026: It’s the only place in all 5 cities in France that charged me extra for my credit card not being French. So my Guinness was over €16. I guess the drink price is the cover for the band.

07/08/2026: A picturesque corner ! Friendly cafe-restaurant, with great choice and reasonable prices at any time. Outside of the main tourist path with locals. When you get to the bottom of the hill of Montmartre, just follow the fence on the right side of the garden at Sacré Coeur for a minute and there you are, ready to have a rest before you handle the steps to the top.

28/07/2026: A very bad experience. The pizzas are mass-produced. The value for money is absolutely terrible. Furthermore, the owner's attitude left a very bad impression. I do not recommend this restaurant and I will not be returning.

24/07/2026: Very disappointed. The food was good, but the manager was incredibly rude and unpleasant. A little respect for customers wouldn't hurt. I won't be going back.

28/09/2026: Such an unfortunate experience. After touring the entire Palace and Gardens. We had lunch here. Service was awful, everything took forever. Food was not good neither. Our pasta was extremely undercooked. Still tasted like dough. We came as it opened and it was packed so staff were probably overwhelmed. But nonetheless. I won’t return to this restaurant on the grounds.

26/09/2026: I don't usually leave comments like this, but this kind of behavior shouldn't be tolerated. After enjoying the activities, my mother and I simply wanted to eat and have a drink. So we went back to Frankie's and asked if that was possible, to which we were told the kitchen would be closing soon, which we completely understood. We then decided to sit down for a drink. After directing us to sit outside, the owner curtly told us we weren't in the right place (we were, of course, seated at set tables). Having severe allergies, I took the liberty of using the paper napkin on the table. That's when everything changed: the owner's voice rose, and I quote: "This is a restaurant, you don't make yourself at home, you do what you're told." I apologized for the incident, and we headed towards the tables he indicated. On the way, we took the liberty of speaking to each other in Italian, which he didn't appreciate. To which he retorted, very aggressively, "If you have a problem, tell me." After a brief, disrespectful exchange on his part, he violently chased us out of the restaurant, shouting in front of the other customers, despite our desire to stay. Clearly, this isn't the first negative review concerning the owner's violent behavior towards his customers. Avoid at all costs!

19/09/2026: Don't go to Frankie's, it's not good... at least not the service. The waitress seems more suited to serving meals at Grasse prison than in a mountain restaurant... We arrived at noon, a group of 12, without a reservation. The owner refused us entry, claiming it was a reserved space and that no one would see us. Then, a rather inappropriate remark was made because we asked for carafes of water and there were no drinks on the menu... We asked the waitress for a knife for our 16-year-old so he could cut nuggets, and she told us he didn't need one... We ordered 11 pizzas, and in the end, there were only one and a half left. We asked her to take them away, and her expression changed completely, as if we'd asked for the impossible... If you can't stand customers, go sell churros on the beach... Otherwise, the pizzas are good...

20/09/2026: Unfortunately, I never even got the chance to try the food. As soon as I asked the waitress, in French, if she spoke English, she looked at me as if I were from another planet. Her reaction immediately made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I sat down at the table and waited for a little while, but I quickly got the impression that she had no interest in trying to communicate with me or being a little understanding about the language barrier. The atmosphere became uncomfortable enough that I decided to leave before even ordering. Looking now at the other reviews, it seems this was not an isolated incident, but more of a pattern. Perhaps French-speaking customers have a different experience, but as a foreign visitor I certainly did not feel welcome.

19/09/2026: Unfortunately, we waited an hour and a half for our aperitif and main course. We would have liked dessert and coffee, but unfortunately, we had an appointment! Given the wait, we didn't have time to order anything else. A missed opportunity for you... The waitress perhaps didn't deserve to be serving alone... She couldn't be welcoming under the circumstances! That said, we did eat very well.
