13/09/2026: The chocolate is awful, the coffee tastes like dishwater, and the waitress isn't very friendly; it seems like she's bored serving customers. I definitely don't recommend it, plus it's expensive for all that.

26/07/2026: I'm leaving a review just like an Uber Eats delivery driver. This is the only Pep Chicken in all of Paris that has only one cook who has to handle all the Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders alone. Because of this, the orders take a long time to be ready. But the real reason I'm leaving this review is that I find it unfair and inhumane because all the other Pep Chicken locations have at least three or four cooks. I can attest to this! It doesn't make sense!

15/06/2026: The tenders are super tender and delicious, but the location is quite unusual. The wait time was rather long.

21/09/2026: I stopped by yesterday to grab a sandwich; it was my first time there. Before I finished, a small, dead cockroach appeared inside the sandwich. I immediately went to the restroom to vomit, and it was a second disaster. It was filthy, I threw up, and when I politely complained, one of the employees or managers, who was supposedly shocked, offered to make me another sandwich. 😳 They should have at least apologized first and offered a refund; that's the bare minimum. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!

09/09/2026: A rather mixed experience this time. I chose the sea bass, which was unfortunately a bit too raw for my taste, as well as a beef carpaccio that I found somewhat lacking in garnish. The overall rating remains fairly average for this experience, although I must emphasize one essential point: the service was excellent, professional, attentive, and particularly pleasant. 👌 This is certainly an establishment with many strengths, but the cuisine left me with a more reserved feeling this time.

11/06/2026: We had lunch there last Saturday. It was very busy, but the staff were excellent and very efficient. The meal was delicious and quite generous. The setting is also pleasant. I recommend it.

28/08/2026: A very bad experience at Fédéral. I ordered a mortadella pinsa, and the disappointment was immediate: the dough was so dry it was difficult to cut, it was like a potato chip. A pinsa is supposed to be light, soft, and airy, but this one was nothing like that. I expressed my disappointment to the waiter during my meal. His response left me perplexed: he explained that he had started his shift at 1 p.m., that service was continuous, and that the neighboring pizzeria delivered the pinsas to them. Since we had arrived around 4 p.m., the pinsas served were from the lunch service, as the new ones hadn't arrived yet. In other words, they knowingly serve products that have been sitting for several hours, even if they are inedible, and this seems to be considered normal. No apology, no offer of a solution: just this explanation, and then he left. My friends ordered the beef tacos (€19): three pieces, ridiculously small, dry, tasteless, and clearly under-seasoned. While eating them, they wondered if a sauce was missing. The waiter himself said, "Oh, you didn't get the sauces?" before going back to get them. We had to wait quite a while, then make a trip back to the terrace, before he finally remembered to bring them. And the supposedly missing sauce turned out to be olive oil. When paying, I expressed my dissatisfaction at the register. Again, no self-reflection: I received an unpleasant response, with a remark along the lines of "we serve 60,000 pinsas," and they didn't even say goodbye. In the end, we all had different dishes, and the conclusion was the same everywhere: dry, bland, stingy portions, far below the prices charged. Spending over €130 only to leave still hungry and with a bad taste in my mouth is hardly acceptable at that price. The most disappointing thing isn't even the quality of the food, but the staff's attitude towards a legitimate complaint. I would have simply expected an apology, a professional explanation, and a minimum of consideration. It's clear that profit takes precedence over quality and customer satisfaction. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment: poor quality, no willingness to learn, and an unpleasant reception as soon as you dare to make a comment. At that price, you have the right to expect much better.

25/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent restaurant in Cannes, on Rue Hoche! The welcome is wonderful, the service attentive and very pleasant. The ingredients are fresh, flavorful, and of exceptional quality. A simply incredible experience! Everything was perfect from beginning to end. For me, Restaurant Fédéral is one of the best in Cannes. I highly recommend it!

24/09/2026: The manager is very cool; we had a great chat at the bar, even during our meal. The service was a little slow. We ordered the butcher's cut (an Angus flank steak), and the meat was excellent, served with homemade fries! A very good experience at this pub right next to our hotel. I recommend this place for a drink, and especially for its meat.

15/06/2026: I've been going there since I was a baby, and for several months the restaurant had been advertised as being under renovation, but when I tried to order, hoping it was finished, I got a message saying the number was no longer in service? Is this the end of the restaurant? :(

09/10/2026: Pleasant service with the chef coming to ask for your feedback. A very good burger, with the steak cooked to perfection. The chicken fillet was also cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious.
