05/04/2026: A very disappointing experience. We stopped for a drink and a light snack (two drinks and a tapas dish... table occupied for 20 minutes). We asked for the bill, and then... the waiter, speaking very loudly, accused us of not having consumed enough, using very informal language. The other customers were shocked by his behavior, as were we. It's no wonder that French tourists are increasingly turning their backs on the French Riviera in favor of other countries, particularly Morocco, where the welcome and service are impeccable.

11/10/2026: The setting is beautiful, however the staff hasn't changed in years; you get the feeling they get annoyed if you ask too much of them. It definitely needs a makeover. The couscous was only average. It's a shame that Nuits du Sud in Chambéry had to close; it was truly top-notch.

10/10/2026: We came to eat at the restaurant as a group of five, expecting a good meal, but we were disappointed! The food was bland. We even asked the waitress if it was halal, and she said yes, but we have our doubts. The decor is great, but it's far from being an oriental restaurant.

27/09/2026: A very pleasant restaurant, beautiful decor, and the staff on Sunday, September 27th, were very welcoming and friendly. A good selection on the menu, generous portions, and very tasty! A great find, I will gladly return.

26/09/2026: A very large restaurant with a wide selection (brasserie, pizza, etc.) and good quality food. The interior decor is unusual, and the terrace area is very pleasant.

07/08/2026: Great location in the center of town. Setting in the Alps is as amazing as one could imagine. Did not need to use my car for two days. Check in was very easy. Melissa was great and quite helpful. Room was tiny. I was traveling to Megeve to meet friends so it was ok for one person, but had I been traveling with my spouse it would have been very uncomfortable. 7th hotel I’ve stayed at so far during my 31 day trip to Europe and unfortunately the beds here were the least comfortable of the 7 (Room 9). Basically two twin beds put together to create a “king”. Shower was a disaster. Head points directly toward the door and is unmovable so when I turn it on it sprays right at me and out the door. Also has a handheld wand but I find them to be rather useless. Best feature was the nice terrace, which is where I spent most of my time when I was in the room. Only option in town for World of Hyatt members and for the most part it was a solid experience.

12/07/2026: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 4 nights, and one of the highlights was the exceptional service I received during breakfast from Wessim. Although I only had breakfast there one day, he made a lasting impression with his kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. My server, Wessim was attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. His friendly attitude and thoughtful service truly added to my experience and made me feel well taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Thank you, Wessim, for making my stay even more memorable. The hotel is lucky to have someone like you on their team! I would happily recommend this hotel and hope to return again in the future.

24/01/2026: IN JANUARY: Huge parking lot not far away, accessible by tractor-trailer, perfect for an overnight stop. I arrived tired, and the welcome was simple, efficient, and nonetheless warm. My room (number 2) was spacious, the bathroom small but functional. I had a last-minute meal, but I was served as if I were eating at my sister's house (basic but simple and efficient). Back on the first floor, I was able to access the small street behind the house through a coded door to have a smoke. Back in my room, I had a TV opposite the bed, reversible air conditioning, and good quality bedding and pillows. I woke up feeling refreshed! 🤩 Breakfast was very nice and well-stocked. I recommend it and thank all the staff and the owner who were so friendly and down-to-earth in a family atmosphere. This establishment truly lives up to its name.

14/06/2026: Very nice dance bar. Well-frequented with a bouncer at the entrance, which is quite reassuring in my opinion. Good music. I recommend it ✅

15/09/2026: A wonderful discovery, this little bistro, located right next to the thermal baths. Behind the restaurant, a shaded terrace offers welcome respite during the heat of summer. We enjoyed a very generous portion of homemade couscous. The lamb shank was delicious. Excellent value for money. A must-try! Reservations are recommended.

14/08/2026: Disgusting ribeye steak, the color of a cigarette paper couldn't possibly be blue! The owner made us pay for the dish even though we didn't eat it, and she was incredibly vulgar, clearly not caring about her customers because she's closing at the end of the year. Insulting and threatening, it was a disaster.

02/04/2026: I've rarely seen such a meager meal. And it wasn't good at all. I stayed out of respect. Sorry, but I won't be back. It's a complete rip-off, frankly, it's not good at all, and considering the price, there's practically nothing on the plate.

04/10/2026: It's a shame they don't offer wine by the carafe, as the bottles are rather expensive.

02/10/2026: The best "Pizz'apero" in the region, and what's more, accompanied by Rosa's warm and friendly service, a real treat. Thank you Rosa and thank you to the chef for these delicious pizzas!

20/08/2026: A top-notch bar for a great night out with friends, the atmosphere is good, the music is good, the staff is very friendly, and the managers are super nice – what more could you ask for!

11/08/2026: The very competent servers know all the beers well, their advice is invaluable when you want to discover another beer.

18/08/2026: The guy at the register was nice enough, but the tacos were awful; the escalope was extremely dry. You charge crazy prices, at least make decent tacos!

16/08/2026: I stayed at the counter for at least 10 minutes, he still didn't take my order, he looked at me as if I had committed a crime, in short.
