02/05/2026: Rooms were clean The man spoke German/French and was very nice (he even taught us a little French) We ate well both breakfast and dinner (even a candle on the dessert for my birthday)

07/04/2026: A must-try restaurant and bar for food, drinks, or snacks, summer or winter. The terrace is right opposite the children's ski lift, making it easy to keep an eye on the kids. There's always background music playing at a comfortable volume. All the dishes are homemade using ingredients sourced from the local valley. Be sure to try their porcini mushroom fondue. The staff is very professional and friendly. Thank you!

26/05/2026: You don't know this place. There's Mumu, a kind and professional waitress; Francis, a charming man dedicated to his work; and Karine, a lively, generous, and funny young woman. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you'll have a pleasant and friendly time. One last thing: come with several cars, parking is no problem. A place worth visiting because it's unique.

21/07/2026: A truly wonderful place in Bandol! Dining overlooking the sea is a real treat. The setting is superb, the atmosphere friendly, and the staff very welcoming. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients. Everything was perfect for a great time.

19/07/2026: We booked lunch the week of July 14th for the family. Upon arrival, I needed to use the restroom and had to walk past the back of the kitchen, and there... oh dear! The floor, the furniture, the work tables—everything was incredibly filthy! Therefore, I won't be rating the service or the meal because we got up and left, claiming the menu didn't suit us! I'm sorry, but we were shocked to see this, and perhaps this will make management reconsider their approach because you're playing fast and loose with hygiene!

23/05/2026: Cozy cafe with lots of options (including matcha). We tried the chai and the capuccino with lavanda and both were delicious

14/03/2026: Excellent experience at Francesca's in Colmar! It's a wonderful and welcoming place where you immediately feel at ease. The atmosphere is friendly, and you can tell that everything is done to ensure customers have a great time. A huge thank you to the owner, who is incredibly kind. The welcome is genuine and attentive, and it truly makes all the difference. And of course, the food is superb: delicious, generous dishes, prepared with care. I've practically made it my regular spot; it's always a pleasure to go back. I highly recommend it!

22/12/2025: I made a mistake in my order and asked if it was possible to change my pizza because it contained pork. They refused, treating me like a bad customer. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. Frankly, I don't recommend them at all; they clearly don't care about their customers. It's shameful.

19/07/2026: Very disappointed. Only 3 out of 8 kiosks were working, so the wait to order was endless. At the checkout, the person didn't know which machine to use to verify the authenticity of the tickets/holiday vouchers (they're not the same type of machine). The wait was interminable, and on top of that, she couldn't do basic math... I had to do the addition for her (she must have been in primary school for a long time, or there was a mistake somewhere). Throughout my wait, I had the pleasure of observing the customer service representative... Let's talk about her: she acted like a little boss and was almost condescending to the customers... (I had time to see 4 dissatisfied customers). It's shameful to behave like that, especially when it's a child with a legitimate request. Otherwise, the meal was served quickly with a smile 😃 by the SAT staff.

19/07/2026: Chaotic. Too small for the crowds, half the machines didn't work so waited AGES, no menu board behind the counter so hard to order if don't use machines, no screen showing when orders are ready, then got the order wrong, giving a single instead of double burger. Clean and decent atmosphere though. Avoid.

24/05/2026: My wife, son, and I had a wonderful night at the Brit Hotel in Manosque, and we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is very pleasant and well-maintained, and the room was spotless. We also greatly appreciated the peace and quiet, which is so important when traveling as a family and wanting to get a good night's rest. The bedding was comfortable, the atmosphere relaxing, and everything lived up to what you would expect from a reputable and welcoming establishment. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and again, we were pleasantly surprised. The ingredients were of very high quality, the dishes were well-prepared, flavorful, and showed real attention to detail. You can tell it's not just a "hotel" restaurant, but a place where you can truly enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made the experience even more positive. Between the cleanliness of the room, the tranquility of the hotel, the quality of the restaurant, and the warm welcome, everything came together perfectly for a wonderful stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in Manosque, whether for a stopover, a family holiday, or a business trip. A truly excellent place to stay, and we will gladly return.

24/05/2026: Hotel right off the motorway, very easy to access for an overnight stop. The family room was very quiet, very clean, and well-equipped. Our four-legged friends are welcome, which is a real plus. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We also ate at the restaurant, which offers quality dishes at a good price. We were more than satisfied with our stay at this hotel/restaurant.

09/07/2026: It was a pleasant discovery during our brief stop in Vicky. We found a quiet, very well-kept, and familiar atmosphere. We felt "pampered" in everything, from the music to the choice of dishes (we were looking for a gluten-free menu). We chatted with the very kind owner and it was confirmed that sometimes the world really is small! What can I say...a "taste" of the world enclosed within four walls! Highly recommended 🥰

24/05/2026: We were able to stay one night and it was very good; the room was large and clean, and it was easy to access thanks to the key box system. However, since we were on the 3rd floor (attic level), it was very hot despite the presence of a fan. The old refrigerator didn't work, and there was no reception, so no one would greet us and there was very little interaction with the staff, who seemed very friendly. The hotel is, however, close to the beaches by car, so its location is convenient.

15/05/2026: A very disappointing restaurant overall: the prices are quite high for what you get: paper napkins, basic frozen fries that are ultimately greasy and uninspired. No alternative to meat swimming in spices… but the staff were very welcoming.

17/05/2026: The kebab was excellent, with delicious meat and wonderful fries. Nothing negative to complain about except for the slightly long wait.

20/04/2026: Disappointed several times since the new owners took over. Ordered online (waited 20-30 minutes), the meat was dry, and there were mistakes every time. And they weren't very customer-oriented...

26/06/2026: I used to love this place and came here many times with friends, but not anymore. Last night, the behavior of some of the waiters towards women was completely unacceptable. It's inadmissible for an establishment to allow this kind of behavior to occur.

16/07/2026: As someone who loves hiking in this beautiful region, I've known this place for many years. The food was simple but good. The welcome was rustic, but it had its own little charm nonetheless. Booking a table wasn't easy, and you could tell the "innkeepers" were a bit intimidating. As every year, we tried to stop there: we called at 9 a.m. for lunch, and the response was, "I don't have my reservation book, call me back later." So we did, after rearranging our plans. We decided to book for the next day. Reservation accepted, noted! We hiked in the area and found the restaurant closed! Through a half-open window, we asked the owner for an explanation. She assured us she had warned us that morning, which we absolutely denied. We told her it wasn't good publicity, and she retorted that they were going to close soon anyway. Fellow hikers, steer clear! It's a shame there are so few places to eat in the area. This establishment displays the "Bistrot de Pays" label, and we absolutely don't understand how they were awarded it.
