The restaurant also had a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, making it a nice place for both a casual meal and dinner with friends or family. Overall, I was very happy with my experience. The food, service, and atmosphere were all very good, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Vietnamese cuisine.

16/08/2026: I was a regular at this restaurant when I lived in the neighborhood before 2013. I went back for lunch today, eager to see the menu again. My first surprise was that the Asian staff had disappeared, replaced by a family of nice people who were clearly not up to the standard of what they were offering. I ordered a spring roll and a Bobun. The spring roll was tasteless, even with a few sprigs of fresh cilantro, and the dipping sauce wasn't homemade but industrially produced; mine was a masterpiece in comparison. The result was certainly not worth €4.50. The Bobun was even more disastrous: the same old dipping sauce at 80 cents a liter, the spring rolls were defrosted and barely cooked—even the ones from Picard are better! The worst part was the beef marinated with completely inappropriate Indian spices. Is there Garam Massalia in the Bobun? Why not ketchup? No balance, no flavor, no texture, no Nuoc Mam. A disgrace. I thought some of the comments here were exaggerated, but I understand why the former customers of Rouleau de Printemps are so disappointed, even if there will always be people who can't tell the difference between an excellent neighborhood eatery and a soulless, talentless tourist trap that, hopefully, won't be able to fool its customers for very long.

13/09/2026: Bad and expensive, the guys are unpleasant. I paid 8.50 for a salad sandwich with tiny feta cheese, fries, two bits of salad, a little bit of choice, and that's it. Avoid at all costs.

06/08/2026: With the previous owner, everything was great, very good, but since the new owner arrived, it's disgusting, inedible. I ordered a tomato and onion kebab and only got half a tomato thrown in. I also ordered a Gordon Bleu sandwich with Gordon Bleu cheese that was already blue and rotten.

14/09/2026: We were sitting on the terrace, but no one came to serve us. We waited 10 minutes and then just left.

13/08/2026: The welcome was very pleasant, as were the servers. The food was very good (especially the duck breast with porcini mushrooms). I highly recommend it!

19/09/2026: A customer for four years, I won't be going back. The quality of the food has deteriorated significantly, and my last order was a complete joke. Today I ordered: - Gyozas: Frozen and then reheated, fine, but when the dough is dry from undercooking, or even raw… - A shrimp omelet with vegetables and fried rice: The eggs were raw, barely cooked, it was as runny as could be! And the shrimp were so salty I couldn't even taste them. The amount of green beans has been cut in half in recent months. The fried rice is no longer fried rice at all; a few peas fighting each other in rice that clearly hasn't seen the light of day in a pan or wok—it's just reheated rice. Furthermore, I find it regrettable to display dishes on the presentation screens when they are no longer available to order at the designated kiosks. This experience was extremely disappointing, and today's order will be my last. Best of luck to the employees of this chain!

27/09/2026: We booked a table for four at the restaurant last night and had a wonderful time! Despite the restaurant being full, we were served in exactly 10 minutes, which was really appreciated. The dishes were excellent, as were the desserts. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish; there's absolutely nothing to criticize about the food. The service was also top-notch: quick, efficient, and very pleasant. A special mention goes to the waitress who took care of our table, with her hair tied back (I'd say blonde/light brown 😄): she was absolutely lovely, very kind, and particularly efficient. A great place to eat in Colmars; we highly recommend it! Absolutely fantastic!

07/02/2026: Terrible experience. We ordered two pizzas by phone and received a very cold reception. One was a goat cheese pizza, and the second, admittedly, had a slight mix-up: a Scandinavian pizza was ordered, but this was quickly and clearly corrected to a Savoyard pizza. We arrived to find a Scandinavian and a Savoyard pizza waiting for us. The owner wouldn't budge, offered no apology, and we were "forced" to leave with those two pizzas. Then, to add insult to injury, when it came time to pay, he refused to accept our restaurant voucher card without explanation, even though we had used it last time. In short, questionable practices, a lack of self-reflection, no apology, and therefore an unpleasant experience. We won't be returning. The pizzas are good, but not exceptional, so I'm adding a star for that.

01/09/2026: The couscous there is very good. The vegetables are perfectly cooked and incredibly tender. But...yes, there's a but...the owner is merely polite, not at all warm and welcoming to passersby like us, unlike the regulars. It's a shame we missed that human touch; having Moroccan family, it was a bit of a surprise. But the meal itself was very good.

21/09/2026: Very few elevators for so many people with large luggage and very escalators also. But lots of stairs. Very poorly designed. They need to replace stairs by escalators for people with smaller luggage and elevators for those with large ones. It's a nightmare if you are old with a large luggage.

20/10/2026: The restaurant is presented perfectly online, however the food is not exceptional. The dishes arrived cold, the meat was very rubbery, and the sauce had an unpleasant aftertaste. Overall, this restaurant seems to be somewhat careless in preparing its dishes. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.

05/10/2026: Just for a drink, and even then… We ordered a sort of appetizer platter with sausage, chips, and pâté. Everything was wrapped up and not presented, the pâté was served but without bread, lol. Seriously, I've never seen anything like it… the menu was very short and unappealing…

07/09/2026: I was very disappointed with my Drive experience on August 27, 2026. We picked up our order around 12:40 AM and, unfortunately, the entire order was completely cold. I understand that there might be a wait at that hour, but receiving a completely cold order is very disappointing. I only reported this problem today, September 7, 2026, around 12:15 AM. Furthermore, when placing a new order, I realized there had been a mistake: I had ordered two medium potatoes from my meal deal, and I was given two medium fries. We had to come back to report the problem. I wanted to share my experience with the person who took the payment and from whom I placed the order, but she responded in a tone that I found particularly curt and unpleasant, without any apology. I'm not looking for conflict, but simply to share my experience as a customer. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration in order to improve both the quality of orders and the customer service.
