29/08/2026: The coffee was awful and far too expensive for what was served. It was a real surprise that the coffee machine behind the counter tasted so bad. I can't remember ever not finishing a cup of coffee. A first in Bonifacio! Service - unremarkable.

11/09/2026: I've been a customer since they opened, so I'm used to the slowest sales assistants in the department, but on top of that, they're becoming unpleasant and rude! I just encountered one I'd never seen before. Not only did she make a mistake giving me the wrong change, but she also had the nerve to tell me it was my fault? Of course, no apology or remorse, even though it was entirely her fault! I don't understand their recruitment system. They hire the best pastry chefs and bakers, but also the worst sales assistants.

Special mention goes to the waitress, who is lovely, smiling, and very pleasant. It's such a pleasure to be welcomed so warmly! I wholeheartedly recommend this bakery, both for the quality of the products and the service. A truly wonderful place! 🥐🥖❤️

08/06/2026: Hello everyone, For our part, we had an unforgettable experience. We arrived exhausted from a congested and hostile road. Starving too. There was nothing left to eat. A quick hello and a few smiles later, Cindy, the manager of the establishment, brought us a delicious homemade tarte tatin. She had found it somewhere... Honestly, I think it was for her when she got home. The next day, we had dinner in the little square. The pizzas were truly excellent. Honestly, what generosity in the kitchen, in the smile, in the person herself. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🥰 Christelle and Alban

02/09/2026: €5 for a half-full glass served by a waiter who seemed to be bothering us during his shift. I felt like I was imposing myself; it was unpleasant and rather paradoxical when you come looking for a relaxing moment.

18/08/2026: Nice location on Place de la Victoire, efficient service. However, the mojito was more like a mint-flavored water at €8.50 – very disappointing! I mentioned it to the waiter, but no compensation was offered! Go across the street instead!

15/09/2026: Absolutely terrible. This is the second time I've eaten it, and once again, I had a terrible stomach ache and felt incredibly nauseous. Twice, twice, sick after eating it. That's it for me; I absolutely do not recommend it. The chicken pieces were burnt, too!
