27/09/2026: What a wonderful stop along our journey! We stayed here for one night and received such a warm and friendly welcome. We were offered a table at the restaurant, where we enjoyed an absolutely delicious dinner. Our room was very comfortable, with new beds and exceptionally comfortable mattresses, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was equally delicious and a perfect start to the day. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ll definitely be coming back and making this our regular stop whenever we travel this route. Highly recommended!

04/08/2026: Hotel with very clean and spacious rooms but it was very hot. There was a fixed fan (it didn't rotate) but with a double bed at one end and a bunk bed at the other it was insufficient.

08/09/2026: Tamaris mussels from Spain. My partner and I went to this restaurant expecting to eat Tamaris mussels, as clearly stated on the sign and the menu: "Tamaris mussels specialty." When a customer next to us asked where the mussels came from, the waiter said they were from Spain. Without that information, we wouldn't have known. And when we pointed this out to the owner at the checkout, his response was ludicrous: "Customers aren't happy with the Tamaris mussels because they're too small, so we use mussels from Spain." Of course, you pay the same price. Imagine the profit margin they're making with their misleading advertising! It's a disgrace. No compensation whatsoever. Avoid this restaurant at all costs; it's completely unprofessional, just like the owner—pathetic.

18/06/2026: Ideally located and peaceful, with a very friendly welcome. The food is excellent, with generous portions (a rarity these days), very digestible, and very reasonably priced. The service is quick and discreet. The owner is extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to his customers. Whether you're just passing through Reims or live there, you absolutely must try "Le Bon Moine" at 14 rue des Capucins.

30/05/2026: Warm and friendly welcome. I recommend it. The restaurant's specialty, couscous, is delicious, generous, and very well presented. This establishment is a two-minute walk from Place d'Erlon and the cathedral. 👌🏻

27/08/2026: I'm sharing my experience at this establishment. We had dinner there, four adults and four children. The staff was really unfriendly. Even though I know it's the end of the season, the least they could do is be pleasant to their customers. The children ordered pasta carbonara, and I think there was a problem with the cooking because it was completely burnt. And to top it all off, when it came time to pay the bill, which was €123.50, they charged me €124 on my credit card, saying they had to round up on the card machine. I think that's robbery; it's a bit too easy for them if they take €0.50 or €1 per family at the end—it makes a nice profit. Finally, we ate at the bar, and while we were eating, we could hear the bartender criticizing the customers and saying he couldn't wait to finish his shift.

The music is great, the food is not bad, the waiters are good at their job, a guy came up to us to perform impressive magic tricks like turning a cloth into a wine glass. We did wait 10-14 minutes at the entrance for a waiter but it was understandable for such a busy place. Also I’d suggest wearing ear plugs if you don’t want your hearing to be muffled for a few hours 😅

02/04/2026: Cap Horn (Courchevel) Cap Horn is one of those spots you don’t just go to eat, you go for the whole scene. Right next to the altiport, it’s a big, lively place with a great atmosphere, perfect for a long lunch that turns into pre-ski drinks. Music is always on, the service is constant and very attentive, and there’s a clear push to keep things flowing. The menu is broad and easy to navigate. We kept it simple given the prices, which are definitely on the higher side, and went for sushi and pizza to share. Everything was solid, no complaints, but the real value here isn’t the food itself, it’s the overall experience. Drinks are expensive, as expected in Courchevel, but the energy makes up for it. After lunch, the DJ starts turning things up and the whole place shifts into party mode. Not a quiet lunch spot, but if you’re in the mood for a fun, social, high-energy afternoon, it’s hard to beat.
