08/09/2026: Good restaurant, nice atmosphere, and very friendly service, but I expected much more. The menu is very limited, and what they offer isn't surprising. I ordered the pork, and it seemed like a jumble of ingredients with no harmony between them. The wine list is good. The price is high for what you get.

There’s a “dish of the day” (no other options for food) which they offer for a fixed price and deliver with wonderful explanations. They have a great selection of French wines and gave us great recommendations. We came for a birthday dinner and were pleased with the experience in every regard!

25/08/2026: A very good restaurant and a magnificent wine cellar! The setting: it's a true restaurant with all the hallmarks, from the carefully prepared dishes and the (increasingly rare) "French-style" service, to the overall quality of the menu. It's a haven for discerning palates, where people come as much for the food as for a good bottle of wine. The wine cellar is also very well curated and expertly sourced. Quality/quantity/price ratio: average (it's not your local canteen or bistro). Ideal for a business lunch (simple and convivial), a meal with friends, or a small or large event (depending on your budget). And don't forget: the after-dinner drinks are excellent too.

28/08/2026: It is a cute restaurant, but food is really really bad. Nothing is real Japanese food. I am sure it is running by Chinese(it would be fine if the food was good) We ordered Okonomi_yaki, donkots Ramen and Soyu Ramen and gyudon. Everything was terrible. Frozen cheap okonomi yaki_ not even Jaoanese brand for sure, all the Remen tasted so bad_ very bad chinese noodle taste. And come on, you cannot call that Gyudon_ I think the chief havent tried Gyudon in Japan ever.

26/09/2026: A pleasant moment apart opposite the Sainte Croix en Jarez monastery. Very kind and welcoming managers, a generously filled plate of charcuterie and cheeses under the late afternoon sun. Delighted to have been able to spend time in this place.

26/10/2026: Still a delightfully quaint pub right in the heart of bustling Montmartre. A concise menu, but it has everything you'd expect in France. Delicious food and very reasonably priced.

25/10/2026: The duck steak here is really delicious. The duck was actually tastier than the beef!! I really enjoyed the meal paired with wine. It's a great place to visit after going to Montmartre. That day, there were about 3 or 4 tables of Koreans. It seems to suit Korean tastes well, too.

Thank you to the kitchen staff and the chef. And thank you to the kindness of Mrs. Ducarouge. This was our second visit and we highly recommend this place.
