24/08/2026: This little restaurant, run by a couple, serves homemade food, and it's priceless! (And yet, the prices are far from exorbitant.) The Maroilles cheese tart is to die for! 😍😍 The daily special (ribs, fries, and salad) is a very generous portion for €15.50, I think. Absolutely delicious!! The owners are friendly and communicative, and they go the extra mile! With dishes from the North, Normandy, and Périgord regions, there's something for everyone! I highly recommend this establishment, which is open year-round. I fueled up before an 80km kayak trip, and I'm so glad I came to eat here! 16/08/2026: A truly fantastic restaurant! Sophisticated, creative cuisine without feeling pretentious – beautifully presented and exceptionally flavorful. An excellent wine list. A particular highlight: our children felt welcome and valued and were given a really good children's menu. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive; despite the language barrier, everything worked perfectly. We felt completely at ease and almost like royalty. Highly recommended!

12/08/2026: Refined cuisine featuring local produce, showcasing both freshwater fish and meats. Vegetarians are not forgotten, with a vegetarian option available. Special mention goes to the cheese menu, which offers cooked cheeses, a welcome change from the traditional assorted cheese platter.

12/08/2026: A truly wonderful place in Hyères! The welcome is warm and attentive, and you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are simply delicious, prepared with care and exceptionally flavorful. Add to that very reasonable prices considering the quality offered: the value for money is truly excellent. It's the kind of place you love to discover and, above all, where you'll be happy to return. I recommend Au Pied de Poule without hesitation!

A lovely wine list 🍷 The atmosphere is pleasant, with a generous and attentive owner at the helm and impeccable service. As for the chef, she makes good food just the way we like it. And when you come from the Basque Country, you appreciate the generosity and a little Osasuna rum 🥂. Will I go back? Yes, very soon!
