15/07/2026: We had a wonderful time on July 13th; the welcome was excellent, as was the food. The air conditioning was great; we'll definitely be back.

18/06/2026: I wanted to treat my son, but I don't recommend this place. The food is really bad, and on top of that, the young guy at the till, with his dyed hair and slangy look, isn't pleasant at all. In short, avoid it.

12/04/2026: Positive points: - Strategic location - Parking - Cleanliness of the premises - The person we found at reception (this wasn't expected because when you arrive after reception hours, there's no one to greet you), was very friendly, pleasant, and polite. - Quiet establishment Negative points: - Very disappointed with the room. When we arrived at the hotel, we had a certain (positive) impression, confirmed by the atmosphere of the reception area on the ground floor, the warm decor, and the cleanliness of the corridors leading to the elevator and therefore to the rooms... but once in the room... the initial enthusiasm quickly faded: the room was very cramped, not very welcoming, and two things in the bathroom particularly irritated us: the doors are made of "glass" with a circled "hole" instead of a handle (both the door leading into the bathroom and the shower stall door). Absolutely impractical, both in terms of privacy (for example, if you book a room but not as a couple) and because it generates splashes and water leaks (the sink is right next to the shower door). The shower itself also had absolutely no water pressure (it was more like a "rain shower," pleasant for some perhaps, but not practical for those who like to be able to adjust the water pressure). - The stairs outside leading to the parking lot are not lit. We left the hotel early, so it was dark outside, and we almost fell down the stairs in the dark with our suitcases at arm's length! - Old-fashioned key system, not a magnetic card. It has old-world charm, certainly, but it's not practical or modern. - The room is outdated and clashes with the rest of the hotel. - We arrived after reception hours (10 pm) and we didn't appreciate the system of leaving the key in an envelope with our name written on it at reception, making it accessible to everyone. In conclusion, €130 is far too expensive for a one-night stay with this type of service (or the lack thereof).

15/02/2026: A very warm welcome and a wonderful stay. Very quiet and spacious.

24/04/2026: Very disappointed. I asked to replace the drink included in the set menu with an extra salad. The result: everything was charged by weight, I paid double, without a drink and with less of it (half the amount, no exaggeration). The cashier was unpleasant. The least they could do is advise their customers and be transparent. Judging by the other reviews, I'm clearly not the only one who's noticed this.

10/02/2026: If I could give more stars, I would. The person behind the counter is super nice, friendly, and always smiling. The food is delicious! I highly recommend it!! I come quite often and I'm never disappointed :)

01/06/2026: I was finding your bar in Paris at Sunday the 24th may in the evening and was very positiv surprised. I listening to good Freddy Mercury Concert Sounds, had a super Long Island C. and found your Interior much charmed and special to see. The Service and the guests was very friendly, help- and thankful. One of the amazing guests later showed me the Eiffeltower in the Dark and I learn so another phantastic beautiful Side of Paris. After all i am sure that i wanna come back, like a Ritual every Jear, to the same Time and to do the same things, with the same special guys.

30/05/2026: Advice to customers: be very careful to double-check the amount due against the amount shown on the card reader. I was ripped off, and after confronting them, the bartenders didn't even try to explain themselves. I've been here several times before without paying attention, but I won't be back. Edit: even worse, since in addition to ripping people off during happy hour, they serve these fake 37cl pints! The worst kind of bar, in short!

07/06/2026: I came to this restaurant for the first time with my parents. We weren't expecting such kindness and attentiveness from the waitress. We really liked the menu and were surprised by the generous portions! I couldn't have dessert! The appetizers were very substantial and absolutely delicious (two-salmon tartare and poached egg with wine sauce). Pleasant view, calm, and peaceful. A lovely establishment with the hotel right next door. We'll be back soon :-) Sandrine

27/05/2026: The €20 set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) offered excellent value for money. The dishes were also prepared with impeccable quality. We were served by a single, charming young woman who was understandably overwhelmed with managing the entire service. A huge thank you to her for her professionalism despite being extremely busy. I was particularly shocked by the lack of action (or presence?) from management or any other staff. I don't know if it was management or a member of their family who handed the phone to the waitress to take a reservation, even though this young woman was already running around everywhere. And was literally taking care of our table payment. It would have been much more efficient and faster for her to handle the reservation herself. The condescension and disregard from these people, who only came to relax behind the bar without even noticing that their employee was overwhelmed and single-handedly running the restaurant (and the kitchen staff too), was appalling. They clearly needed someone in the dining room to help this young woman. Despite everything, this young woman was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient in carrying out her duties. Respect! 13/06/2026: Extremely disappointing experience. I went to buy a pizza with a slightly damaged €5 note (a small tear at the top only), but still clearly legible. The shopkeeper categorically refused payment without offering any solution or showing any understanding. As for me, I will never return. Support real shopkeepers who know how to work, rather than those who take everything for granted.

23/06/2026: What was bound to happen happened...well done to "Petit futé" as if...very reliable reference 😅 this establishment has just been administratively closed due to cockroaches and serious breaches of food hygiene standards.

28/07/2026: Nothing to report, clean, efficient

28/07/2026: Very average due to frequent errors in drive-thru orders. Inside, speed takes precedence over quality. It's not uncommon to find sandwiches jumbled up in the boxes. I hope this will be addressed. Update 14/01/24 More and more errors. Either you don't know your sandwiches, or some people can't read the orders on their screens. However, there's never been an error on the bill. Update 07/06/24 A new management team seems to be taking over, trying to resolve the old problems. Time will tell.

04/07/2026: Unpleasant if you don't order much, to the point that they'd rather see you leave, even though the restaurant was barely full. I still don't understand...

27/06/2026: Best terrace in Champs-sur-Marne (next to the RER A station "Champs-sur-Marne"), Florian, known as "Flo," the waiter is super friendly, smiling, and welcoming. I recommend it 😊 Thanks Flo.

06/07/2026: We went to the restaurant today and ordered sushi. However, we didn't eat it. The staff didn't make a good impression on us. The glasses for our water were very dirty. We didn't want to drink from them. And then there were the previous reviews on Google... We decided to leave.

20/06/2026: In the Netherlands, even supermarket sushi is fresher than what we've got here. You just get a cold box that tastes like it's been sitting in the fridge all day, maybe even since yesterday. And it's incredibly expensive too. Also, the delivery took a long time. What a disappointment.

06/07/2026: I've been going there occasionally for about fifteen years, much less often now because the portions are much smaller than before, and the food isn't as good—it's really basic. Meanwhile, the prices have gone up! And the waitress isn't very friendly. Not pleasant at all. It's the complete opposite of how it used to be, really! Disappointed.

02/08/2026: I think the photos speak for themselves. €72 for five frozen-and-thawed pizzas. I'm very disappointed with this flattened piece of bread with three olives that look like they're fighting for space. It's simply inedible! Overcooked and burnt, the dough became as hard as this review. I strongly advise against going there; go to Lidl, it will be cheaper and of better quality. Check your pizzas before you leave with them. We will never set foot in this pizzeria again; they sell counterfeit products.
