24/07/2026: Excellent kebab sandwich with raw vegetables like we used to eat in the 80s in the neighborhood. We called it a gee... very friendly owner.

18/05/2026: On a weekend in Paris, we had a great quick kebab! The homemade white sauce was delicious! A REAL kebab. A big THANK YOU for your warm welcome and generous smile.

12/09/2026: It's excellent! We go there regularly with friends and it's always just as good. The owner is always so friendly with customers. I highly recommend it. Let's keep going out to restaurants and stop home deliveries, otherwise sooner or later restaurants will close their doors forever.

25/09/2026: A very warm welcome, excellent cuisine beautifully presented (the roasted octopus is delicious, as is the tuna tataki), a generous children's menu and a very pleasant setting on the terrace under the arches!

21/09/2026: We went early one morning; the view of the arches and the new square was lovely. The welcome was friendly, and the service was excellent. I can't comment on the food as we only had coffee and tea.

19/09/2026: It's better to be a regular to get served... the waitress walked by several times without taking our order, but went to greet newcomers she knew and asked them what they wanted to drink! We waited a little longer and then left; this woman said goodbye to us, we would have preferred "hello, what would you like?".

29/05/2026: Since COVID, this free, recurring experience, happening almost every Friday night, sometimes even Saturday, is noisy and goes on until unreasonable hours: 3 or 4 AM on bad days or nights. It's impossible to sleep with the window open during the cooler summer hours. It's undoubtedly a party spot for those who spend the night there and return to their peaceful beds in the early morning, far from the racket and unbearable bass. For me, a local resident, this place* makes me want to move and has led me to call the police numerous times for noise complaints. I'm also noting all the calls, as well as some of my neighbors, which will provide the basis for a detailed complaint. *The location is a large, uninsulated warehouse that acts like a giant amplifier. Unintentionally, I'm giving it one black star just to be able to publish this review.

23/09/2026: Excellent experience! The service was superb; our two servers were very professional and friendly. The meat (beef) was incredibly tender and perfectly cooked, and the crème brûlée was light, making it the perfect ending to the meal. The only downside is the location... it really needs renovations, both inside and out. Everything is quite run-down. But we had a lovely meal and we'll be back.

18/09/2026: A very bad experience at Bistrot Régent in Vertou. We were particularly disappointed by the welcome we received from the manager. The staff's attitude was not up to the standard one would expect from a restaurant. Furthermore, we had a discount that was supposed to be applied, but it was refused because we were only 15 minutes late. We understand that there are conditions to be met, but the way the situation was handled, as well as the lack of understanding, really disappointed us. Beyond the discount, it's primarily the feeling of having been poorly received and disregarded that leaves us with a bad impression. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this establishment based on this experience.

However, the staff needs improvement... there were arguments between the servers, between the kitchen and the dining room, which wasn't great, especially when you come to have a pleasant and friendly time, well, not in front of the other customers :/

19/09/2026: As for the food, everything was excellent, flavorful, generous, and bursting with taste! This is my third time at this restaurant, and I'll gladly return. I've never been disappointed so far! The service is also top-notch; the manager is very pleasant and kind. There is a bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth it!

15/08/2026: The generous portions are unparalleled. The food is very well prepared and delicious. One should overlook the minor drawback. The lady doesn't speak or understand everything in French, however, she is kind and polite.

02/07/2026: Ordered 3 pizzas. A major problem with the cooking. The pizza was burnt and the crust was undercooked. The quality was simply not there. Hopefully it was just a problem with the oven.
