06/08/2026: A very warm welcome, generously filled drinks that will get you soaring to the ceiling for a reasonable price 👍🏻 A welcome change from those rip-off bars! The food was delicious, perfect for soaking up the drinks. I highly recommend it. And the waiter/owner was fantastic, sporting a bun. We'll be back!

03/08/2026: What a wondrous dinner, served with personal attention! I highly recommend the tasting menu with pairings so you can let this talented ensemble guide you on a true dining adventure! Each course was a surprising delight, with creative combinations of flavors, but I must single out the profiteroles, which were astonishing!

01/08/2026: We visited Bistrot Instinct for our wedding anniversary and had the tasting menu with accompanying drinks. It was fantastic! Every bite was full of amazing flavour and texture, and was presented beautifully - we particularly enjoyed the beef and the cherry profiterole. The staff were amazing too - friendly, smiley, helpful, knowledgeable and very prompt (no waiting to be served or have plates cleared at all). The restaurant is a super cute little bistrot, most of the tables are upstairs and set around the edges of the room so it feel both cosy and spacious at the same time. The volume was just right (not too loud but not quiet either). Thank you so much Bistrot Instinct, we loved our evening!

19/08/2026: A family atmosphere, superb service with excellent waiters and waitresses. The food was excellent, kudos to the chef! The children's menu was fantastic; our 5-year-old daughter loved the mussels marinière. Everything is homemade, including the excellent fries.

19/08/2026: A huge thank you for your warm welcome! The owner is truly lovely, smiling, and welcoming, and the efficient and gracious waitress greatly contributed to making our experience enjoyable. As for the food, we were simply delighted! 😋 The liver terrine was absolutely divine! And what can I say about the chicken in cream sauce with morels… the homemade fries were a real treat, excellent! The buffet is well-stocked, varied, and generous. The dishes are hearty and flavorful, everything we love! A wonderful discovery, an excellent meal, and a top-notch team. Well done to the chef! 👏 We will definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful time! 👍 (table of 5 and the 2 little dogs!) 😀

27/06/2026: We stayed one night at this establishment to discover the beauty of the Jura region, and it was a wonderful experience. The setting is delightful, with a magnificent view of the Lons basin, a cozy terrace, and charming vintage decor. The large parking lot is also a real plus, making parking easy. The establishment is run by two brothers, which creates a truly unique, authentic, and family atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped: everything is designed for a wonderful stay. As for the restaurant, it was a real treat! The dishes are delicious and showcase local products, which confirmed for us that a stop at a Jura cheese dairy was essential during our trip. Thank you for your hospitality and for this lovely time spent with you. We will gladly return!

14/06/2026: The food was good, the service just okay – the staff weren't smiling or attentive, perhaps a bit understaffed. The atmosphere was ordinary, even though the setting was nice. Overall, the price was high at €60 per person including aperitifs but without wine.

22/08/2026: We chose to eat at Mamie Rosé's during our holiday in Palavas, based on the positive reviews we had seen. We were not disappointed at all. The food was excellent, the staff were responsive and attentive to their customers—in short, a fantastic experience! We were delighted.

19/08/2026: Found by chance, and a very pleasant surprise, we came as a couple. My wife had mussels, which were perfectly cooked, and I had a casserole with prawns, mussels, squid, and orecchiette pasta with a remarkable sauce. The only slight drawback was that the pasta was a little overcooked, but given the quality of everything else, it was perfectly acceptable. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive. Thank you.

13/08/2026: We went in March, I'd been meaning to do this review for a long time, and today I finally managed to do it. The food was wonderful and the service even better. It's great that they speak Portuguese, which makes communication easier 🥰 I miss eating "paccheri al funghi" every day 🥹
