18/08/2026: We discovered Antonelle at lunchtime. The menu was fantastic, with a beautifully prepared tartare made with high-quality ingredients – definitely one of the best I've ever had! It's a family-run restaurant, and it shows in every aspect! I highly recommend it :)

17/08/2026: It was excellent; I've rarely, if ever, eaten such a good burger. The desserts were also really good. The welcome was very warm, and everyone was super friendly. The waiter (Jule, I think) was incredibly nice, and everyone was smiling. It was a really pleasant experience.

01/09/2026: We were recommended Le Croûton des Gones as our wedding caterer and we were absolutely delighted! From the preparation and organization to sharing great ideas, of course on the big day itself, and afterwards, everything went perfectly. Excellent communication, attention to detail, superb cuisine, impeccable service, very pleasant and professional staff, even some surprises like the pâté en croûte with the arrival of the world vice-champion to cut and entertain the guests. If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing. Thank you to the whole team, Claire & Romain

16/08/2026: A wonderful time on the treetop terrace! The starters and desserts were perfect! Some dishes lacked a bit of finesse (the miso-glazed eggplant, for example)! The service was impeccable, and the sommelier offered excellent advice!

12/08/2026: A very pleasant experience. The only minor point is that they don't offer a wine list, but rather a suggestion from the otherwise very friendly staff. Therefore, they don't tell you the price of a glass of wine; you have to ask. We didn't, as we were busy with the conversation. The bill was rather steep for four glasses of wine.

14/07/2026: €10 for takeout without a can of soda. €13.20 without a can of soda on Uber Eats, and that doesn't include service and delivery fees, so it comes to €17 for a simple kebab—absolutely ridiculous! You'd think you were in Paris! The sandwich is standard, nothing special, and not worth the price. Kebabs are becoming unaffordable for some families with several children!

29/08/2026: Simple yet refined and high-quality cuisine. From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent (especially the sage spätzle and tiramisu). The warm welcome and service from the owners were also much appreciated.

27/08/2026: A hidden gem. The escargot 🐌 was incredible (even as skeptical first timers)! Our server, who we suspect was also the owner, was so kind and patient with us. Pro tips: - ask the server to recommend what you should order and run with it. We finished with a homemade digestif made by her husband and it was lovely! - walk in and ask if there’s a table, even if Google might say that there are no reservations for the night.

27/08/2026: I keep coming back to Maison Caviar, and a huge reason for that is Flavia and Prince. They are simply incredible at what they do and always make every visit feel special. The service, attention to detail and professionalism are on another level. But what really makes the difference is how genuinely kind, warm and caring they both are. Nothing ever feels forced or overly formal. They remember you, take care of you and make you feel truly welcome every time. I have been to many places in Paris, but for me, nothing compares. The combination of service, competence and genuine kindness is very difficult to find. Flavia and Prince are the reason I always look forward to coming back. Thank you both for always taking such good care of me. You are truly the best.

23/08/2026: Impeccable service but their caviar is not good unless you take oscietre. Nothing to compete Kaspia or petrossian. The service was amazing though

10/08/2026: We enjoyed the weekly menu at this restaurant. The value for money is excellent, and the service was good too. The area outside is quieter than the center of Gaillac (fewer cars and people). Unfortunately, inside the restaurant, there was quite a bit of noise from a group of people who seemed to think they were the only ones there… I think the place is better suited to groups of 2 to 4 people, given the size of the restaurant. It's rather small, almost intimate.

05/08/2026: The servers are very friendly, no complaints there. The problem lies with the food, which isn't of a very high culinary standard. If you're looking for a truly excellent restaurant, this isn't the place for you, but if you just want a casual meal, it's perfect.

14/07/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at this family restaurant; the welcome is always warm, and the son who serves is very pleasant, kind, and helpful. The dishes are delicious and generous, so thank you to the whole team.

26/08/2026: Wednesday, August 26, 2026 - Unfortunately, we won't have the pleasure of tasting the food, nor will we return to this restaurant… We stopped by one morning to greet a young woman and politely ask if the ingredients were fresh. She gave us a very cold reception! She told us that some products were fresh and others weren't. I really appreciated her honesty, but right after, we thanked her and simply asked what was fresh and what wasn't so we could choose our dishes later based on quality. But unfortunately, she didn't answer us, as if we weren't even there, and we found ourselves on the sidewalk talking to ourselves… We're on vacation. We want to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of the seaside. Unfortunately, there are still people who don't know how to do their job properly. So, we'll eat somewhere else where the atmosphere is better. Sincerely

I was served in 10 minutes. - Fast service - The dough was very good - The ingredients were very good - The calzone was very good - The dessert (tiramisu) was very good. I highly recommend this little pizzeria. I will be back. Thank you!

23/08/2026: We discovered this pizzeria about 6-7 months ago and have never been disappointed. We go there very regularly and the pizzas are delicious, the service impeccable, and everyone is very friendly! We highly recommend this pizzeria, especially the carbonara (yes, the name might sound intimidating (but thankfully there's no pasta involved), but the bacon goes perfectly with the egg yolk and it's incredibly delicious 😂). Go check out this pizzeria, you won't be disappointed!

Special mention goes to Léane, our server, who was very pleasant, smiling, and attentive throughout the meal. Her professionalism contributed to our thoroughly enjoyable experience.
